High quality SLR type photos from a point & shoot

Takes high quality SLR type photos right out of the box. The menu is a little confusing, but once you find out where the different options are, your ready to get creative! It has high-speed AF, and also I like the shallow depth of field, cause you can easily get the bokeh effect with the blurred background, fast shutter speed, and the size is perfect. Wish it had a physical manual with it, and also hand grips on it, so it was a little easier to hang on to.
What's great about it: Carl Zeiss lens, superb photo quality, high-speed AF
What's not so great: Zoom is little, no hard manual, & menu is a little confusing

*UPDATE* 12-09-14 ! HAD TO RETURN it. LENS ERROR!
January 10, 2014
After 12 days of enjoying my camera, I had to return it to Best Buy. I was getting lens error messages, and also the lens was getting stuck, & I was also getting memory card errors. I've learned that the Sony Rx100m2 is made in China, and The Rx100 is made in Japan, and been advised to go with the Rx100 now for more reliability and less software issues in the camera.
