I always include the Geek Squad support plans with any device I purchase at Best Buy. They have solved many problems for me on my computers at any hour of the day. They can log in to my computer by remote control and go through all of my files and locate any problems I have had and remove them. I just recently had my hard drive fail on one of my computers, and they were very helpful in restoring my files and reinstalling Windows 10. I recommend them very highly!!
