This is a great set! Easy to set up and use in less than a half hour. The remote is a breeze to understand and you can either use it or once you download the ROKU TV app on your IPad or tablet device you can control functions of the set with that. You can download a complete user manual at the Hisense website but set up and first time operation is easy to do with the included booklet. Picture quality is excellent on this set, better than the INsignia that I previously used. The home screen can be personalized with a background of your choosing. The USB port is handy to use to access photos from an external hard drive or other off board device. It does not store the photos by the way so will have to download each time you use an off board USB storage device. It did download all 3032 items on my external hard drive. Aso has AV port and 3 HDMI ports and a connection for using an antenna. The tuner can access analog and digital channels in your area. There are still some analog stations in use in some areas like where I live and the tuner is excellent on this set. I really have no negatives yet because the set has performed flawlessly for 5 days. You have access to 1800 plus channels in the Chanell store, every possible program choice, some free and some pay depending in what you likes are. Mine is the 40 inch, big as I care to use, besides it fits in the space perfectly. I would recommend off board speakers which may be a negative for some people but the in set speakers are fair not great but fair. Overall I have to give 5 stars for this set, Hisense has a winner as far as I'm concerned.
