Great Hub That Looks Great

Bottom line this bun does what it needs to do. Speeds are excellent and the ability to daisy chain multiple devices works very well.
It comes with one Thunderbolt cable which gets you up and running. Setting up is nothing more than plugging it in. When connected to a display you don’t lose any picture quality. It also charges devices which is nice. Keeps in mind that it has a max of 60w for the Thunderbolt 4 cable and 15w for the USB C cables.
My favorite thing about this hub is the looks. It’s very solid and well built. It fully made of metal. It goes very nicely with the design and build of Apple products.
Keep in mind that it works with Thunderbolt 4 ports and USB 4 interface. This comparability runs for the past few years for Mac Mini, Mac Studio, iPad Pro, iPad Air and iPad mini. For MacBooks and iMacs it will run about further back. Check the Satechi web site for the full list of compatible products.
Also, for M1 or M2 Apple devices you can only do 1 monitor. You can do dual on M1 Pro and Max.

Before I begin this review, I acknowledge that earbud experience can vary from user to user to varying degrees. Things such as fit, sound and charge can vary based on use and person.
In regards to these earbuds, the biggest challenge I had was getting them to fit correctly in my ears. They do send three additional size rubber ends to try and one of them worked closely but when running, the motion kept making them loose and my having to try and keep them in. Again, this is a person by person thing but this was my expereince.
In regards to sound, I found the sound a bit lacking. It was good but not as good as other earbuds I have used. There is an app that you will want to download that will give you the ability to adjust various sound ranges to try to personalize your experience but I was not able to get the right mix of bass and treble for me. Again the sound want necessarily bad but not on par with what I have experienced in the past.
Battery life is good. You can use them for for 6-8 hours I have found.
Overall, the brand and style is respected there was just something missing for me with these.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Not Bad Glasses but Sound Quality Lacking

The idea of glasses that actually look with Bluetooth ability is something I wish for. Being able to mix these two would fill a niche for me. They wouldn’t replace ear buds but could fill in at times I don’t need the buds to make calls or listen to some music when outside.
These Lucyd glasses do hit in one of the areas. The glasses don’t look that bad. The arms of the frame, while larger than typical glasses, are not obscene. You can get away with wearing them without looking ridiculous. They are comfortable as well. The lenses themselves are pretty good but there was some odd polarization. That was not really a big deal.
The issue came up with the sound quality. There was none. With earbuds you can get the full effect of the sound. The sound quality on the glasses is very subpar. Now that is somewhat understandable since the speakers are not in the ear but outside. Also, the speakers are pretty small. I guess the question is why would you want to listen to music this way. It is probably ok for audiobooks and the like but music is not quality. Also others can hear what you are listening to. To be fair there really hasn’t been a similar device that has been able to address this.
So i am not sure who this is for. For non music use (audiobooks, phone calls) it would probably be fine but for music still go with earbuds.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great Keyboard for Less Than $200

Having tried many mechanical gaming keyboards in the past, I was very interested in trying this one due to the size and wireless capability. Overall I am very impressed with this keyboard.
Setup was very easy on Windows 11. Connecting to Bluetooth was smooth and Windows recognized the device right away. I did not try the lightspeed connectivity but plan on doing so.
The keyboard is very responsive while typing or gaming. I was wondering if the response would be affected by the wireless function but there was no lag whatsoever. Also, the battery life is incredibly long. I didn’t have to charge it for several days with moderate usage.
The programmable RBG lightning is nice and similar to other keyboards on this space. Overall the keyboards looks very good. I have the black model but the white model looks great as well.
Overall I was very impressed with this keyboard for under $200. Great features, battery life, responsiveness and overall look made it a great but. I would definitely recommend this product.

I have used a hyperice device for several years. As a runner over 50 there a few more aches and pains that come from this. The hyperice device is amazing for loosening up the muscles in the legs and back.
I was interested in using the heated version of the hyperice attachment to see what kind of difference it makes in the message process. After using it, I think it is a great addition to the device.
It is pretty straight forward. You charge the device via the included cable. There is a light to let you know when it is charged. Once it is charged you press the power button and you can set the heat to one of three heat settings. The device warms up quickly and does get pretty warm on the highest setting.
The heat does make a difference. You will probably want to set the unit on a slower message setting to get the most from the heat. You will also probably spend a little more time messaging each area but the warmth does come through. The battery life is solid and will last quite a while between charges.
This is definitely a useful product if you have this percussion device. I would recommend it.

Baby cams have changed quite a bit over the years. Mostly it was a camera with possibly some room temp built in. This package had it all.
First the camera. It was very easy to install and set up. The resolution of the camera is excellent a you can pan and tilt the picture via the app as needed. Another great feature is since it is web based, you can give access to other family members as well. The room monitoring feature and two way audio work great as well.
The boot is a great product. First, two size of boot is included - small and medium. The product is built to be able to be used as your baby grows. You can purchase larger boots as needed. The boot did not bother our baby. The battery on the boot lasts over 12 hours from what we found which is more than enough for the night. The boot takes vital reading and you can view these over time and it also provides education on the vitals via the app so you know what each means. Very helpful.
The app is easy to navigate and get the details you want and need.
While it is not cheap, if you are looking for a function rich monitoring product, I would highly recommend this.

Solid Device with Great OS

Many people overlook Chromebooks as an alternative to Windows laptops. For some users this does make sense. For most users, this should be an option the look at.
Chromebook is an excellent option for those wanting to do web browsing, email, watching video, etc. since it runs a modified version of the Android operating system, you can use the Google play store and use apps that are available on Android based phone. This includes Microsoft Office, Zoom and other productivity tools people think are only available on Windows.
Another benefit is improved security. You can get a virus on a Chromebook but the chances are less than on a Windows device.
As far as this Chromebook goes, it is a solid system that is fast and responsive. The device is built well and the screen is very bright and clear.
It doesn’t seem to get the same battery life as other devices but should suffice for most users.
The only downside I see is the price. While not the highest price Chromebook, the specs on this device, while solid, may not support the price. If you see it on sale, it would be a great option to buy.
Overall, at the right price, I would recommend this Chromebook.

Great Monitor for Excellent Price

While monitors are becoming less expensive, finding a good quality one can be tricky. Basically it all comes down to the monitor display. For most, HD quality will work unless you heavy into gaming or video design. For daily activity in watching video and work, the HD provided by this monitor really does the trick. The 27" screen is a great size for getting a full view.
The monitor has a near bezelless display which I like since you can see screen and not ugly bezels.
I have seen that it has a 75mhz and 100mhz refresh rate online. Acer claims it is 75 Mhz so I will stick with that. Even then the scrolling is very smooth. The colors are bright as well. Also, the contrast ratio is 100,000,000 to 1 which means the overall picture is very clean. It has a 1ms response time that is good event for gaming.
This monitor does not use a display port. It's HDMI so make sure you have a port for that on your computer (most do). There is an HDMI cable in the box.
The setup was very easy and Windows 11 found it with no problem.
I would definitely recommend this monitor.

Solid Protection with Many Options

There are many different security packages you can get these days. Most of them are capable at providing adequate protection. Webroot Premium Security is a solid security solution from a company with a good track record for security produces.
Most packages provide more solutions other than simply protection and Webroot is no different. The premium version includes protection for up to 5 devices (Windows and Mac Computers, Android and iOS devices). The annual cost is typically $79 when discounted.
Installation is fairly straightforward. There are add ons that you can purchase with this package (Carbonite backup and Identity protection). One issue I have found is with all these options, its a bit unclear which are included. It appears that Last Pass is included but its unclear which personal protection is included. Is it the Allstate protection that is offered as an option or something else. When I attempted to "learn more" in the identity protection of the portal, it took me to a site that didnt make it much clearer. I would like to see it a bit more straightforward.
The scans happened quickly and auto update of the virus signatures works well.
Overall, this is a solid product with many possible integrations. I just wish is was a bit clearer on the included services.

Solid Machine with Good Specs

This is a very solid overall laptop. I will go into details shortly but Dell has always built quality products and this continues that trend.
Build - The build is very solid. Metal for the body and the keyboard is very responsive. It lends on the heavier side of a laptop but nothing that would stop me from buying. Something very minor is I like the power to plug into the right side of the machine and this one is on the left but again its personal preference.
Screen - The screen is very good and clean. The resolution is 1900x1200 so basically HD which is good for an multi purpose device. When you flip it into tablet mode, the screen will rotate vertically.
Performance - Overall the performance is snappy. It's not a gaming machine but for day to day or light gaming, it will handle everything well. The processor is a mid range processor that is capable. It's the laptop model so not as powerful as the desktop equivalent. I have the 16GB memory and would recommend 16GB going forward for future proofing. The good news is you can replace the current memory stick with an upgrade (single DIMM) to 32GB. However I would get the 16GB version built in if possible.
The graphics are onboard graphics meaning it is not a separate graphics card but "on board" graphics though the process. However, for the tasks that this device is meant to handle it works very well.
Overall I believe this is a good option for those looking for a solid daily workstation that has mid to high power to handle more than web browsing and watching videos. The all in one feature is a nice touch as well. I would recommend this.
