Ministry is one of my favorite bands. And here they are covering some of my favorite classic rock songs. Which is pretty awesome. Maybe they could have done one less version of What A Wonderful World, but other than that this album is great. Look for the hidden track of Willie Nelson covering Stigmata by Ministry at the end, it is hilarious!

DEATH ANGEL: ONE OF THE FIRST AND ONE OF THE BEST

I've loved Death Angel since I was in high school, many moons ago. They took the genre of thrash and made it into high art. And this live album proves that they're as tight as ever. Love fast and heavy metal? Then I strongly recommend you buy this album, you won't regret it.

This is one of my very favorite thrash bands. Think Kreator, but with a sense of humor. They've been banging out excellent music for years now. The only downside is that the singer still seems to be having a little bit of a problem with pronouncing English words. At least the lyrics are in many cases pointing out the evil and stupidity of far too many people on this planet, so I give them credit for social consciousness!

Gang of Four is one of the most influential post punk bands out there, with awesome grooves and deep lyrics. This one is like that too, but a little less synthesizer and a little harder guitar would have made this one better, IMHO.

What's not so great: A LITTLE TOO "NEW WAVEY"
