Good bang for the buck

Good value on a great machine. The case is large and air flow is great. SEVERAL case fans to keep it cool. Plenty of room for upgrades and adding devices. The color lights add a nice ambiance to the room. Even with the color LED lights shut off, the internal fans have blue lights so it's always lit. You can shut the keyboard back lights off and/or change the color. The computer is exactly what I need for my needs. I run mostly boring work from home stuff yet I can run my Diablo III effortlessly with no lag. Some people prefer wireless, you can pick up a micro network adapter for under $40. A true gamer would want their system wired as to not lose any speed. When I received it, the power cord was defective. A quick call to CyberpowerPC and a new power cord is on it's way. Their customer service is fantastic to deal with. That was a HUGE reason for buying this brand. I knew BestBuy would take the computer back and swap it out, but I already had my programs loaded on to it. I temporarily used the power cord from my old system.
If you're on the fence about this system, the great customer service alone, should push you over the edge with your decision. I highly recommend this system.

Almost 5 stars

This is a great computer. It's perfect for gaming. The case is HUGE and there's plenty of room for air circulation. The lights on the display model were really appealing, however, when I got my unit home, the lights never worked. I brought the remote back to the store, but it worked on their floor model. I called Best Buy and they said they would take it back and swap out the whole computer for a different one. Well, we already installed a few games and all it needed was the light bar assembly. I didn't want to swap out a perfectly good computer, especially with all my information already on it. Now, I would have given this 5 stars...and it really deserves it on IBuypower's tech support and customer service. They're fantastic!!!! I called them and they walked me through checking all the connections. Still didn't work, they're in the process of setting up an RMA to send me the assembly for the lights. I also want to give kudos to Best Buy for their willingness to just swap out the system since it was only 2 days since purchase. If you're on the fence about buying this, my experience with tech support and customer service alone would definitely influence my buying decision. On a side note, and most gamers will agree, there is no wifi with this unit. Most gamers want direct ethernet connections...this was not the case with us, but that was a $50 fix, we just bought a wifi adapter. It also does not come with a cd/dvd rom drive, another $30 fix for a nice little external one. Small price to pay to keep that case empty and cool.

Regarding BB921
By BB921
Not a gamer, bought BB921 just to handle the daily routines and work (AutoCAD, Rivet, solid work etc.)
Had to put down extra $160 after tax for an external disc drive and a Wi-Fi adopter since built-in Wi-Fi and disc drive didn't come with the original tower. It will be better if Ibuypower can put the Wi-Fi adopter in.
Called tech support a few times, overall experience is good. Did answer a few of the questions proposed. Appreciated.
Remote Controller for the lighting is somehow not working. Don't know the reason yet, will contact tech support to see what's going on. (Keep posted.)
One of the reasons to leave this comment is for a $10 Amazon gift card from Ibuypower as showing application to their customer. Hope can get it as promised. (keep posted.)

remote for lights not working
November 3, 2016
Tried EVERYTHING....brought the remote back to the store and it worked on their floor model...although very temperamental. Has to be in just the right spot. Replaced the battery and tried it with mine...still nothing. Just bought it last night...hate to repackage it and bring it back. Also bought an external dvd/cd drive and wi-fi adapter...wish I could get those lights to work

Great game play but.....
By GeneO
Plays great works great but no DVD drive an windows was on the C drive and the 1T drive was set to D an everything is wanting to download to the C drive an its only 120g. Going to geek squad to figure out how to change the path with no DVD drive. May have to get an external USB drive for it for 39.99 extra.

changing which drive your data saves to
November 7, 2016
We just bought this same computer. My son was downloading a game and it came up with an error message saying he didn't have enough room on the c drive. I thought it was odd that the small drive was the C drive. There is an option in the control panel under storage to go down a list of apps, downloads etc and which drive you want them saved to. I changed them all to save to drive D the 1T one. Now to try to find out how to transfer the programs already on C drive over to the D drive without losing key components of the programs. I'll probably have to uninstall and reinstall to the correct drive.

Update
November 11, 2016
Update to my review of the BB921. Still love it. Tech support did send me the entire light bar assembly. It's simple to swap out and we now have the lights working. If you're still not sure...I promise you won't be disappointed.
