Worked once then won't take Charge

Took forever to charge the 1st time, but when it finally did, it charged my Droid Turbo to 100% in about 2 minutes. All downhill after that. the stored 4 "full charges" depleted when I did not use them in about 2 days, and I have not been able to get it recharged since. Since there was no actual plug included, I have tried using the USB port from my computer, and 3 different wall plugs. Same result- it blinks like it is storing the 1st charge, but nothing else happens. Because the usb cord is so short, it's hard to find a wall plug where the unit doesn't hang from the cord...Very disappointed. Will have to send back to manufacturer since the Best buy exhange period has passed 30 days.

Love the speed & Quality

Have only had this a few days, but it's a keeper. Upgrading from A55, and went to the only local (40 miles# independent photo shop around. #we own a small tackle shop and are willing to pay more for knowledge & good service. But they poo-poo'd the Sony DSLR's and recommended a Canon 4Ti. (which they didn't have and needed to order#. Checked with Best Buy, and staff surprisingly seemed more knowledgeable, but wondered why 4Ti instead of 5Ti...Or maybe even 600D. They didn't have the A65 A77 in the store, so we couldn't try them. We decided on the 5Ti. After trying it 2 days knew it was going back. You wouldn't think the shutter speed would would make much difference, but the photos I took at a dog agility match just didn't catch as much as my old A55. Plus, it was really noisy #physically, not photos# That, coupled with the having to do video with the LCD #difficult in the sun#, and manually switching from LCD to viewfinder shooting was really frustrating. The Canon went back #with no return issues#, and we ordered the A77 through the web site.
Only had it for 2 days, so can't comment on much except LOVE the speed #I can now get the great action shots I got before without having to be as perfect on MY timing, and it is significantly quieter. Plus I love the viewfinder, and it's actually easier to use for reviewing/deleting unwanted photos than the old A55. The down side is that it is heavy and bulky, but I've also gone from a compact body to a mid-size body. I'll deal with the weight for the performance.
Also purchased the 18-250 Zoom lens but haven't tried it yet.
I am an amateur and don't understand all the features, but this camera is making me want to learn more about the fine points. I shoot lots of video and stills of dog sports and fishing, so being able to catch the right shot is important. I have no problem holding the shutter release down to catch the right picture, and if I have to delete 30 shots to get the right one I'm happy.
What's great about it: FAST & quiet - Easy to use
What's not so great: Heavy/Bulky
I would recommend this to a friend!
