The PS4 is a graphical powerhouse, able to deliver massive game worlds with impressive clarity and detail. 8GB of RAM allows for serious multitasking potential, complementing the great apps and features that make up the PS4 experience. The PlayStation brand of consoles has an impressive history of delivering world-class exclusive games, and the trend is sure to continue with the PS4. The growing blockbuster catalog is backed by a library of free-to-play and indie games, giving you flexibility in how you pay and play. The PS4 also acts as a social hub, with several built-in features that take advantage of the social networks you're already using. The controller's Share button opens up a world of video sharing, with the option to stream your gameplay live or record it to edit and post later.PlayStation Vita owners will enjoy the connectivity that ties the two devices together, from Remote Play, which allows you to play your PS4 games on your Vita's screen over a local Wi-Fi network, to Cross-Buy, which allows you to purchase a game digitally only once and play it on both your PS4 and your Vita. All PS4 consoles will need a firmware update and must be connected to the Internet to complete the update. While your console will not always need to be connected to the Internet, a one-time connection is required for the update.Online multiplayer requires a paid PlayStation Plus membership. Some features require a broadband Internet connection; ISP fees apply.PS3 games, controllers and some accessories are not compatible with the PS4.

I have both the xbox one and PlayStation 4. I originally had PlayStation and switched to Xbox 360 for Halo 3. Once I stoped playing Halo 3, I had no reason to not buy PlayStation. At first I was hoping to keep Xbox One, because of the comfort for controller, but I compared the graphics and gameplay on my 47" Sony W802A TV and there is a night and day difference. I first fired up Ghost, and on Xbox one it is very pixelated looking and graiiny, compare to playstation, samething with Battlefield 4, Assasins Creed IV and so on. Playstation 1080p is a deal breaker for the Xbox One.
I'm definitely happy with keeping the PlayStation 4 over the Xbox One. More features that I use over the Xbox One.

-Watch game play of games I'm thinking about purchasing and ask questions live with the person playing the game.
My Best Buy number: 2797254352
What's great about it: Easy set up, Internal Power Source, 1080p, Share button, Fast Boot-Up
What's not so great: Not being able to turn off controller light.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Sony XBR-65X900B 4K Ultra HD TV: This TV's Ultra HD resolution displays images with 4x the resolution of Full HD, and Triluminos technology provides an expanded color spectrum for outstanding picture quality. Plus, the wedge shape of the TV makes room for larger speakers and built-in subwoofers to bring you rich, deep sound.

Best tv I have owned!
By Jdsweb
This is a great tv. Definitley, worth the money. The picture is fantastic and the is great without the optional subwoofer. I cannot even explain how good the 3D is. The tv is angled which does make wall mounting a bit awkward if you don't have a bracket with full adjustments (up,down, left, right).
The only other issue for me was the lack of movie apps like, Vudu, Flixter..etc...
However, these two small issues are not deal breakers.
If you in the market for a 4K tv definitely give this one a look.

Worth every penny
By mceyrolles
Had a Ubee DOCSIS3.0 modem from my service provider, wired connections were fine but the wireless coverage was terrible. I used a DD-WRT wireless bridge for a few weeks but the throughput was horrible. I decided to give this modem a try and am glad I did! This device is well worth the money and has some newer features I'm excited to deploy (MoCa) although I may not need to because the wireless coverage is fine on all three floors and every corner of the house.
Very easy to deploy, work with your SP before you swap the modems out. They can pre-program their network so you'll have minimal downtime during the swap.
Only issue I had was that the documentation stated the default password was "password" but it was actually "motorola".

Decent TV
By Outium from Chicago, Il
Picture quality is decent, I feel that the 850b has a better upscale on it. I am highly disappointed with the apps/software of the TV thus far. Netflix is added on, but only has stereo audio out, same with Amazon.
Speaking of streaming, I was watching GRIMM season 2 episode 14, at 38:20, I noticed that the black area would shutter all around the tv. The picture quality is very grainy, compared to x850b.
I am assuming that this is because of software issues, and not the TV it self.

Response to Sony
June 12, 2015
I've done the factory reset, and still have the same problem.
Netflix audio settings only has stereo and not Dolby Digital 5.1, same with Amazon. So I'm currently using a media player to get DD, which beats the purpose of having a smart TV. I also was not able to locate HULU plus.

Awesome TV!
By jfs8yourface
First OLED TV and the picture is breathtaking. Just pop in a Blu-Ray and even at 1080p, the color, sharpness, and contrast is surreal. Even more so when watching 4K content. Haven't gotten a chance to watch HDR< but tried a few 3D movies. You haven't really watched Mad Max Fury Road till you've seen it on this OLED in 3D. It's something to behold. Smart features are somewhat useful, but the app selection leaves something to be desired. No Plex app for instance. Most of the other popular apps are there (Amazon Prime, Hulu, Netflix). Amazon and Netflix let you stream 4K and HDR. Pretty much the only source right now for 4K, HDR content. Since I don't use an AVR (I have a Sonos system), it would have been nice if there were four HDMI ports rather than three. I could get Dolby passthrough to optical from HDMI without issue.

5.1 Optical
October 16, 2015
I have the 65" EF9500 and I can't get the TV to output 5.1 via HDMi sources. My sonos only detects 2.1, I checked every setting that I can think of to make sure that I'm not doing anything wrong in my end. Could you possibly double check your settings and post a pic?
Thanks

Great Picture Quality
By Outium from Chicago, Il
I am reviewing this based on the TV, and not necessarily the price.
If I consider the price, it would be a 4 out of 5 Stars.
This TV is the best and to me a noticeable upgrade besides the clarity of the 4K.
Pros:
1) Deep Black Levels
2) Accurate Color
3)Wide Viewing Angle
4)Web OS 2.0 is easy to use and navigate.
5) All HDMI Ports are HDMI 2.0a and HDCP 2.2 capable.
Cons:
1) Not Vesa Compliant (I Have a regular mount on the wall, and with a few tweaks I am able to mount the LG mount on the wall mount that's currently placed on the wall). Just throwing it out there.
2) TV is not able to pass through 5.1 Audio via optical from HDMI sources. (No go for Sonos, unless your mainly streaming)
3) Only 3 HDMI Inputs.

Sonos 5.1 Converted to stereo from HDMI sources
October 16, 2015
I should re-phrase that, any Dolby Digital 5.1 or DTS 5.1 from HDMI sources, the 65" EF9500 passes it through via optical only in stereo, so if you have Sonos 5.1 system, then you would need a HDMI hub with optical output.

Sonos can take both 5.1 and Stereo
October 19, 2015
If you go to Sonos app and Go to settings then "About my Sonos" you'll see that your sonos is playing Dolby Digital 5.1 or Stereo. Yes Sonos will play Stereo and a create a pseudo 5.1, but if you a 5.1 source coming in, you are able to hear better separations on your speakers.

Truly Amazing TV
By Mike
I have never seen a better TV in my life. I have 3 friends with Panasonic plasmas, 2 of which were the "TV of the year" when they were released. The depth of colors on the OLED is unrivaled. HDR content, which is few and far between, looks amazing. Even old movies like Star Wars Episode 5 looks better than I thought it was capable of looking. The thinness is unparalleled (until you see what LG is coming out with in 2016- for a higher price point). It truly is a piece of art work on the wall. I often just let the screen saver play on my Apple TV and marvel at it. It isnt perfect- dark greys and blacks can look blocky on poor content (the tv really does expose poor quality content), and some people report banding and vignetting. It also doesnt support HDR Dolby Vision as the 2016 LG TV's will, but there is barely any 4k content currently much less 4k HDR DV content. I fully recommend this tv to anyone who has the means.

Where did you see that it doesn't support Vision?
January 22, 2016
This TV has HDMI 2.0a (HDR) inputs, as well as HDR via built in applications. The curved version of OLED is the one that doesn't have HDMI 2.0a, unless Dolby Vision is different from HDR.
Thanks
