Finally, smart robot that is not bumping into wall

Initial setup was very easy with no issues at all. First, I downloaded Neato app and placed device on charging station. Then I created account, added device to the application itself and connected Neato to wi-fi (which was super easy). All that took a few minutes only. I especially like the fact that it comes with laser which helps in navigation and turns, detecting opening (such as doors) and prevents device from hitting objects or walls. Shortly said, laser helps to prevent furniture or walls to be scratched, and protects vacuum itself from any damage as well (if “Gentle navigation” is important feature to you, please make sure that “extra care” is enabled inside of cleaning options settings). This device its truly learning about your home, and creates floor maps each time it finishes the job. Those maps could be used to set no-go lines for area that you want to restrict or to be skipped in cleaning. At one point my Neato got stuck and I immediately received message on my phone with exact location (with floor map) and status. Very helpful. Also, once it’s done with cleaning job this vacuum will return to charging base itself, you don’t have to worry about that part or to wait until is done with cleaning so you can send him back to charge. Neato D4 returns to base very quickly because it’s uses smart technology navigation instead of retracting steps backward. My only “problem” seems to be that battery life it’s not big enough for size of my house, and by the time it goes around all rooms and furniture’s - it seems to drain battery just a little bit before it finishes all the cleaning. Good thing is that charging does not take a long and this help a lot. Another great thing about this little fella is that he can be started from anywhere and clean your house while you are away from your home finishing your daily tasks. Neato can clean whole house or specific spot, depending which cleaning option do you choose and select. It also has two cleaning profiles, Eco (quieter longer cleaning run) and Turbo with faster and stronger suction. We have combination of hardwood floor, carpet and tiles but it seems to be doing good job on all of them. Overall, I would definitely recommend this product.

Great features. Love cloud service options

Great features. 25 page per minute (for both color and black in white) printing is quite impressive. Air printing and NFC printing from mobile devices are big plus. Device has 3,7” touch screen color screen which was very helpful for setup (like joining networks, typing passwords or adding email accounts to the device) and any other everyday use. I especially like scanning features – option to scan to some of the many available cloud services (OneNote, OneDrive, Dropbox, Google Drive, Box, Evernote), to your computer, USB drive, network location, FTP, SharePoint, mobile device or to email address it’s very helpful. So many options that it makes hard to decide which one to use. Device also has feature which checks for new firmware and let you know when as soon as firmware update is available. Device has secure printing which is not feature I saw before. Copier has good coping options such as 2 sided copy, 2 in 1 (for both regular size document and ID), receipt and some other options which really makes this device very useful for everyday use. For fax I would just say - standard as they come. I would highly recommend this device for small business offices. Because of two things I listed under the “cons” I will must lover my review for one star.

As someone who used security surveillance systems before I must say that this is one very good system. I am very impressed. Picture it’s very clear in both, live video view and recording playback. There is no skipped frames and video clips can be download to both USB stick and mobile device. Cameras are permanently mounted with screws, sturdy and firm (cannot be pushed to look other way) and connected by high quality BNC cord which also has power line attached (for those who wonder: not IP camera system and not POE). Make sure you set camera/recording setting to 4K because by the default it might not be. I am using 4 8MP cameras included and 4 more from my old DVR (1080P) and results from both are great, but with visible difference of course. Make sure you plan where to install cameras, and I would advise make each camera set to look forward each other or cross pathing area between them (right camera to look to the left, left camera to look to the right), that minimize any chances for tempering. Motion recording feature is the best I ever used, several zones and settings, plus advanced search option based on motion in specific area. Camera also has flashing LED light and siren which is not very load but these two combined can scare any intruders or unwanted animals on your property. Cameras are good in low light condition and digital zoom it’s very decent (I will include picture example of room and items on table inside of that room, and pictures are even captured thru mobile app). Again, two reminders:
1. Set your cameras settings to 4K and
2. set your display resolution on system itself on highest display resolution.

With this set you also will get free DDNS account from Lorex and two-year warranty. Lorex Cloud mobile app it’s great, fast and easy to use, and lets you talk thru the camera (one-way audio only). Make sure that you set preferred view of main or sub video view settings based on your cellphone or other used device network speed.
I have only two complaint about this
1. Included 60ft cords are short for my use so I did order few 100ft Lorex 4K from BestBuy

System comes with 2TB storage and your recorded data period (# of recorded days) might very from few factors such as number of installed cameras and preferred recording resolution. System supports several types of cords (CVI, AHD, CVBS and TVI), but I would recommend only Lorex 4K original cord, it really does give you best results.
Overall, system it’s very good, and I am extremely satisfied with it. I would and will gladly recommend this system to anyone.

Great device to own if you got carpet/rugs in home

Rug Doctor Pro is very easy to use and instructions are super easy to follow. Clean water canister cap it’s also a measurement cap for carpet solution. Add carpet solution and water, plug in and you are ready to go. Keep in mind, water does add weight to already little bit heavy device so be careful if you carry it on stairs. Clean water canister is located on the back of machine and dirty water canister on the front of the machine. Machine does very good cleaning job, picks dirty water back into canister in front and I am completely satisfied with it. Push-up handle can be folded backward for easier storage or to provide easier access to caring handle which is located between canisters - on top of the machine. I was hoping that it comes with cleaning hose attachment which I saw on the advertising but it’s not. I am still happy with machine and probably will purchase that extension additionally (for furniture or car seats cleaning). Other thing that I was hoping for is retractable cord, but this machine does not have that function. If your residency have carpets or lots of rugs, go for it. One of the most important thing also is - this machine will save you a lot of money on your water bill, as it uses small limited quantity of water.

This Chromebook has so many positive things that is hard to decide where to start. Right out of box it stunned me with very rich, stylish look and design. Aluminum lid and palm rest look great in combination with two large loud speakers next to each outer side of the backlight lit chicklet keyboard. Large center positioned mouse pad is very responsive and easy to use, but I do miss clicking buttons on it. Gorilla glass large colorful 1080p IPS touchscreen it’s impressive and eliminated my need for larger external monitor which I usually do prefer on my desk. Computer system boots up very fast, within 3 to 4 seconds thanks to 64GB SSD and picture is amazingly clear because of combination of Intel graphics chip and above mentioned large IPS display. There is one thing that I did not like at first, black dark (bazel type) area around screen seemed too big at first but then I realized it’s has purpose – for holding it while in tablet mode without covering usable area of the screen and this became positive thing about it. Computer performance gets high score rating from me and it runs same no matter how is used - for emails, browsing, videos, data transfer or work on documents. I like chrome automatic startup with lid opening, which is nice and time saving feature for me. Device has two USB 3.0 ports, two USB type C ports (which can be used to connect additional monitors as well), web camera, integrated microphone, SD card reader and audio jack. Computer has laptop, tablet, tent and desk presenting modes which are supported by two large strong screen hinges. Device seems to be little bit heavy (around 4lb), but considering premium materials used (aluminum, gorilla glass) and size of the device (15,6 screen) I believe this is expected.

I am very happy with DeLonghi Nespresso coffee/espresso maker. Device it’s smaller than expected (which is actually good thing), and setup was very easy and very fast (less than 10 minutes including unboxing). Use of device it's very simple - load it with water, insert coffee capsule, add milk and after one touch button operation your coffee will be ready in 15-20 seconds. Water container is decent size and very well positioned, on the back of the device. Device cleaning after use is very minimal and it could be completed in about one to two minutes.
Pros: Compact size, one touch use, rich coffee flavor, brewing several types and sizes of drinks, perfect coffee temperature, always same coffee straight / thickness, fast, and easy to operate, could be cleaned with minimal effort

The best computer

I am not sure what some people expect from computers, to be abused and scratch resistant at same time? Every 2 in 1 is fragile, take good care of them. I got my orange with I7, 16GB RAM and 500 SSD directly from Lenovo few months ago (Used Yoga 2 Pro before) and I am extremely happy. This is so far one of the best computer out there.

I got Viper 3505V from somewhere else but I think this product deserves better reviews. I purchased 3 of them and I got 2 installed so far (by someone else), still waiting on third one. I love it. So far it served me well. I work on the 10th floor and I park on 1st floor (parking spot facing my office) and my car turns on with no issue, but I couldn't turn him off (which is strange that it starts but does not power off and range is same). Primary reason to have this is to install car so I don't worry about that. Everything else has been great. Just make sure you go with experienced installer.

TV is fast, no glutting while typing or opening apps. Picture on TV or when playing DVD, connecting computer is watching YouTube is stunning but I do have complaint on the picture quality for Netflix. Don't get me wrong picture is crisp and clean but no matter which settings do I use it's little bit too dark for my taste. Overall this is good product.

What when you travel?

Will you carry your router with you and ask people at Starbucks to plug it in so you can check your emails? I am guessing you will do same thing with hotels, airports and other locations? Keep in mind if you travel international you might need to get another router for 220V so your computer might go online because computer that requires special router is waste of money.

My PRE-ORDERED phone arrived defective and BestBuy promised me immediate replacement as soon I sent defective unit back. I been on the phone with them for 35 times and they screw me up after days and days of waiting. Now they want to cancel my order and provide me a refund??? I need phone, one you promised me! What happened with your service??? Be honest and keep my review and have someone contact me back!

Mess put me in situation that I have no phone

Maybe they cannot give instant replacement (but they should have one with in a week) and don't want to honor their promise, but they should specially when someone does not have old phone anymore (sold when received new which turns out was defective. I just received email that BestBuy is processing refund which should take couple of days. Problem is next: don't have phone for that line, didn't get money back yet, and they didn't reset upgrade availability so I can buy myself another device (different which was available). This is my first and last PRE-ORDER with Best Buy. Sorry guys but you lost my trust.

purchased this computer brand new, got it home and plugged it in, and... "Blue screen of death."
There was no hard drive installed on the machine when it was assembled. Ten minutes after i bought the computer i was back at Best Buy returning it. When i walked up to the service desk with the new lenovo, the first thing out of their mouth was "is the power cord not working?" no... i had a different problem, but thanks for the heads up.
I returned the Yoga 2 Pro and got a Toshiba Radius 15.6" with all the bells and whistles, and i'm very happy that i did. The Toshiba is GREAT! I wasn't comfortable being loyal to a product that allowed such a glaring manufacturing oversight. Later i would find out about the SD card not fitting all the way into the body of the laptop, and the micro HDMI port breaking if you use it too much (which i had intended to), and i am even happier with my decision to go with the Toshiba.
