I ordered a dishwasher at Best Buy, and saw a low installation cost for orders over $429.
After scheduling delivery, I went to schedule installation.
1. The number given for installation is actually a Geek Squad number, and I had to be transferred. I was dropped the first time, and had to call again.

2. After getting in touch with Appliance Installation, they told me they had no record of my installation order. They had to search for it, located it, and had to cancel/rebook it. After all of this, I was given an install date 10 days from when I placed the order.
Best Buy needs to make this process much smoother, like their delivery process.

What's not so great: The service
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
