Runs Games smoothly but Wireless barely works

Managed to get Squad and Attila total war downloaded and they run very smooth on ultra graphics but the wireless keeps stopping every couple minutes (Basically had to keep disabling and then re enabling wifi to download them). Had wireless running perfectly on my phone and old pc the whole time so the wifi itself isnt the problem.
I'm currently trying to troubleshoot the problem but it would have been nice if everything had worked perfectly straight out of the box.
HP 20" W2071D LED HD Monitor: This slim monitor is great for checking e-mail, browsing your favorite websites and checking Facebook and Twitter. It also works well as a second screen so you can get more work — or fun — done. Plus, you can free up desk space by mounting it on a wall.

Broke after 8 Months

After about 6 months the bottom half of the screen started to shutter but then it went away. Now it's been about 8 months and the problem has unfortunately become permanent. I never dropped it or anything so I assume the machine is to blame.

does this computer have built in wifi?
Yes, but it seems to have issues straight out of the box. At least for me at any rate.
