Broke down in 6 months. HAve been trying to call customer service but the call those numbers are "service not available".

What's not so great: technical support; voice quality

The car charger doesn't work in my car. In my van it does work. Seems to be a connection problem. Contacts not being made properly.
What's great about it: small size
What's not so great: car charger has connection problems.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
