Works, but could be better.

If anyone is wondering. These are the Siberia 800 Wireless headphones. It's not clear in the description but I assumed they were before ordering. These Headphones work but have a few issues. The wireless distance is something to be desired. They cut in and out about 15-20 feet away so using these to listen to music or anything while doing house work may become annoying as these cut out intermittently on you. Also, there's an audible static when there is no sound being produced from your system.
I bought these to replace my Logitech G930's that also cut out every so often, usually around bluetooth signals or when the microwave is on and I'm near it. However, the Logitech G930's are more stable at 15-20 feet. The reason I wanted to replace them was because I'd prefer a headset that doesn't cut out at 30 feet while I'm being productive or cleaning my house, in addition to video gaming. So, the wireless transmitter/receiver could be better.
I do love the various connection options to the headphones and ability to connect to gaming consoles. I just wish the wireless technology was better.

Weak cable. My TV set was stolen.

I know these are usually used for laptops, though I had a TV that I didn't want stolen and it had a kensington lock slot on the back. However, the cable is really weak and thin. The thief who stole my TV used a long steak knife and cut through it in a matter of seconds, then walked out the door with my Flat Screen TV.
I would have gone with a much thicker cable. This was the only thing the store had in stock when I was asking about kensignton locks.
The only pro I would give, is that the wall hook ring looks pretty sturdy and I like the design of it.
If you want to ensure your stuff doesn't walk away so easily, find something with a much thicker cable. This product gives the illusion of security. Perhaps go to a hardware store to determine just how thick of cable you would be comfortable with, then search online for a kensignton lock that offers that thickness. If I ever get another TV with a kensignton lock slot, I will definitely by a product with a thicker cable.

Hello,
I would like you to clarify which specific SteelSeries Siberia Headset is this - 800, or 840?
Please provide manufacturer model numbers for both, thank you.
