The battery grip is fantastic!! Make sure to grab it while it's so CHEAP!! It's a pretty sturdy grip. I have the Canon one as well but this one definitely can measure up. :)
What's great about it: Easy to use, multiple power options!
What's not so great: I don't like the way the door to the battery opens.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I use it in...:Large home
So, I did I lot of research on this particular router. I caved in and went ahead and purchased it. The whole process of un-boxing, setting up, and configuring took about 10 minutes. Of course that's if you know what you're doing. I received better, NOTICEABLE, speeds with this router. It's also nice because it gives you features that allow you to configure it using your smartphone(Apple or Android), it lets you schedule the times the router can be on and off and it also give promising 5ghz speeds. 5ghz can only be used on computers, most smartphones, and some tablets. 5ghz is not able to be connected via PlayStation or Xbox unless you use a bridge. However, that wasn't my problem. The ASUS router only added about 10% more range than my previous Netgear N600 router gave. I'm buying a Netgear N6300 today to test it out vs. the Asus.

What's great about it: The design, setup, and features.
What's not so great: Horrible PlayStation 3 router and the range is not as advertised.

This movie is fantastic. I bought it for my best friend because he'd said he'd seen it before and he wanted to watch it with me. It has an amazing plot. Note; everything is in Polish, but English subtitles are included. It had a creepy feel towards the plot.
What's great about it: The plot and the acting.
What's not so great: Wish they had an English version.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Router and Antenna position

I am trying to figure out the best position of the router to get optimal signal throughout my house. The routes is in a room in the corner of the house on the upper level. Is it better to lay the router flat or use the stand? Should the all antennas be positioned 90 degrees or the two on the ends at 45 and the middle 90? If I had an idea as to how this router sends out the signal, it would help me in properly positioning them for optimal signal.
Hi, anon. Routers give the best available range when they sit flat. Their antennas are designed to send the signal up and then fall. Picture an umbrella. The only reason I recommend placing a router on it's side is when there is not option to put it on a table or when it must be mounted to the wall. Hope this helps!
