Often billed as The Larry Goldings Trio all three contribute much to this CD and all get equal billing this time out. They have been playing together for many years and it shows in the interplay found in this music.

Jared Gold continues to produce top quality music. This time out his "OGD" trio is joined by 3 horns. The Horns contribute backing and also play some fine solos. Recommended to all jazz fans.

Mike has a wonderful soulful group. These guy have played together for years and it shows in their playing. Fans of Jimmy Smith will dig this CD.

If you, like me, missed out on the Mosaic box set here's the only chance I know of to get the first Thad & Mel record on CD. My record is worn out and have been looking for the CD for a long time. Plus 2 other records are included in this set.
