When the lever breaks you have to buy a whole new coffemaker
and surely they know that
would not buy again
I will see if I can find on that you can push your cup against instead
Other than that i loved the coffee maker very sad it broke

What's great about it: no pot to clean
What's not so great: dispensing lever broke off
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
