Stopped working after 2 days and I've wasted more

The set-up for this was fast and easy and for two days seemed to be working fine. After a couple days, it started to cut in and out at random times then, about 4 days after setting it up, it stopped working entirely. It said it had a signal, but nothing would connect to the internet.
I've spent more than 7 hours attempting to fix this with tech support and have been disconnected from phone support 3 times (and never once received the call back that they promise when they first answer), been disconnected from the online chat 4 times (again with no way to get back), and received the brilliant suggestion from their email support to call their phone support.
Despite having a case number, each person I talk to makes me do a hard reset and tells me that will solve the problem. It works for 2 minutes and then stops working.
DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT OR ATTEMPT TO GET ANYTHING RESOLVED WITH THEIR TECH SUPPORT! I cannot stress enough how frustrating the entire experience has been, and it's still not resolved.
What's not so great: Stops working after 2 days, tech support AWFUL
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
