Junk, main gear keeps braking along with switches

The Main gear is some kind of plastic/nylon and keeps braking. When I have wrote, e-mailed and talked to the Kitchen Aid customer service it never ended well. They want me to have a service person fix it and then send them the bill for dispute. Might as well take them to small claims court. Junk product and junk warrantee.
What's great about it: looks
What's not so great: Warrantee is useless from Kitchen Aid
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
