Good if you only listen to one station

If you listen to other radio stations or XM it becomes a hassle. Phone pairs with one FM radio station. Phone call comes in and you must switch to radio station and band (if listening to AM or XM). If using maps on phone, you have to disconnect blue tooth so that you can hear directions if you are listening to different station. So really not hands free, because if you receive calls while using maps you are fumbling around to use technology while driving.
I am going to try to get it removed. I drive a 2004 Suburban, and I enjoy listening to XM.
What's great about it: clear voices and music
What's not so great: Not truly hands free
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

What accessories did you get

I am starting geocaching. Did you get the topo maps? And if so which one? How often do you use this item? Do you use an SD card? Thanks
