Sound is awesome!

I went into Best Buy just to look around and kill some time, not really looking to buy anything. I saw this and thought it looked tough so I started playing around with it. I put my iPod in it and cranked it. Whoa!! The bass was kicking hard. Then I saw the price and decided I wanted it. If you're looking for good solid sound with a fair amount of thump, for the price, it was the best deal in the store for portable audio.
What's great about it: Great sound, really cranks
What's not so great: A little bulky, no bluetooth
I would recommend this to a friend!

Does it have to be plugged into a wall?
Does it take batteries so it doesn't have to be plugged into a wall? if it can take batteries, what kind do they take?
No, it can use batteries but it would take 10 D size batteries. You can plug it into a 12 volt adapter or car lighter, but I'd recommend using AC power to get best performance.

Does it come with an a/c adapter?
I was wondering if this boombox came with an a/c adapter, if not which one/size should I buy?
Yes it comes with a power cord. You can also use a AC to DC 12 volt adapter or batteries.
