Better overall than Jambox, and cheaper

I had first purchased the Monster Clarity HD but didn't like the plastic case and was worried it would break since I travel a lot and put it in breifcase. So I returned it and got the Jawbone Jambox which sounded horrible and had only 5 hours battery life and too much bass that covered other highs and mids.
I then got this Braven 600 that not only is better build quality than the other two as well as cheaper than Jambox and sounds great. The battery life is outstanding at 10 to 12 hours on single charge. Not to mention thatit has all the controls needed to pause/play, skip forward and back tracks, Volume up/down, answer and hang up calls and not to mention the amazing charge my phone feature that comes in handy when traveling.
Amazing room filling sound and perfect balance of bass with clear and crisp highs and mids. ( I also use equalizer app on Tablet and phone to optimize sound).
It has a professional look and sleek feel, and sturdy build quality in metal casing. I am able to fit it comfortably in my Brookstone DASH briefcase.
I use this on my Asus Transformer TF700 Infinity Tablet and my Galaxy S3 phone. Love the speaker phone feature and being able to use it in car or at desk in hotel room, house or office.
You won't be dissapointed, so go ahead treat yourself and be amazed!
What's great about it: Great Sound, Build Quality, and Function controls
What's not so great: nothing

Great Price, Great sound, Great fit, Blocks noise

I just got these for $15 at Bestbuy and they sound very good to great and level balance on bass and highs is very good. They fit great and don't slip out even when tug on cord. They block out external noises even in airplane and outdoors. The mic works great with my Asus Infinity tablet and my Galaxy S3 phone, controls works great to pause music, forward track and go back tracks as well as hang up phone calls. They also are very comfortable to wear for long periods and don't move as they have the bend to go into in ear canal as well as a rubbery grip around casing.
I had returned some $60 in ear buds from Logitech that sounded horrible and kept slipping out of ears way too easy with minor movement.
I recommend these you won't regret them at all and for the price you just can't beat the quality of sound and fit and if you step on them no biggie for they were just $15.
What's great about it: Price point, quality, sound, fit, noise reduction
What's not so great: wish it came with L cord plug
I would recommend this to a friend!

So, I had the first gen model of this, and brought it back for all the reasons others had mentioned, and when I saw there was a new version, I decided to try it once again.
This version is tons better than the first one, but still a little quirky; as the last person said, you cant be connected to 2 devices and be able to listen to media on the second device without disconnecting the first one.
Calls are loud and clear on my end, but others have complained about a scratchy sound on their end, plus, at times, I have a weird "echo" sound on my end when listening to music from my S6 edge phone.
All in all, its a major upgrade from the first gen, but I am not 100% certain I will be keeping it. Definitely worth checking out if you want a tiny bt headset..

Same issue

I had the original model then the battery started to not hold a charge and would not connect as quickly when putting it in my ear. I returned it and got the Jabra stealth, which I really like except once you get used to the tiny compact size and out of the way style of the Hint it's hard to go back to a boom style BT.
I am glad you are saying the new one is better overall as I really liked it and kind of miss it, I've only had the Jabra Stealth for 2 weeks and do like how clear my voice sounds on both ends but so did the Hint just was softer.
I think I might go back after seeing the feedback about new model/upgrades.

5 out of 5Improved Sound, Fit and Battery life

I owned the first and was very satisfied with it. It fit very well and it was the most comfortable Bluetooth that I had ever used until this one. It never caused any discomfort, I would forget that it was there and even fell asleep with it once.
This one has even improved on that and with the better fit comes better audio during calls and even more so with music. The added battery life is also very welcome.
All in all this is comfortable, discrete and it is my favorite Bluetooth headset hands down

I had the first one as well, and really loved it then started having issues with battery not holding charge as well as it not turning on when putting it in ear. So I got the Jabra Stealth, but don't like the fit.
I really loved the Hint's fit and compact build of it, but now that it's been improved as you say I'd like to go back to it.
Do you have an pictures that shows differences?

Well after Re-Pairing device and trouble shooting it a bit... The device is now giving me all notifications as well as vibrations now being felt more. There is an app that lets you customize vibration patterns. I almost returned it but gave it a couple more days and it's living up to it's potential.
Great device and super stylish and functional. I still do wish it had voice response for texts.

Yes all android phones that are on Android 4.4 version or higher.

Is the step counter improved compared to the last gear fit ?
yes, My wife had the first gear fit and it was good. But this one is way better, it is very accurate. I walked 10 paces to test it and it marked 10 paces.

Is it water proof/resistant
Yes up to 5 feet and for up to 30 min at a time. I've taken it to the pool and also taken showers with it.

I just received gear fit2 & the screen is so sensitive, it turns on each time I move my hand. Is there any way it would not turn on? I didn't even do any workout yet, just staying home, and it's getting annoying when screen goes constantly on & off
Yes, if you pull down from the top. You will see a brightness button and a minus sign. click on the minus sign and you will be able to put it in sleep mode. It will still track your steps and all that but you won't get notifications. This is good for when sleeping with device so you don't get woken up and screen doesn't turn on.

Is it waterproof like most activity trackers?
it's rated ip68, which means you can take it into water up to 30 min in 1.5 meters. I have taken showers with mine and bathed my kids with no problem. I wouldn't take it in the pool or hot tub.

Does this device allow you to view other notification besides text messages like emails, phone calls and calendar notifications?
Yep, I receive all notifications such as Facebook reply's, Facebook Messenger, Texts, emails, calls (even let's your swipe to reject call or answer). But you can also tell it which notification's you want to receive.

Do you need to purchase a separate data plan for the watch? Or have useable data from cell carrier plan?
No extra data plan needed, it's connected via your phone's bluetooth. But you can also use it through Wifi.

Does the device offer a separation alarm with android phones so that it informs you if you are walking away from your phone or if your phone is walking away from you?
Yes it does vibrate when you are away from phone and also has a tracking method to find your phone or you can find Gear fit 2 from your phone also.
