basic DVD player; no 'smart' features

If you're just looking for a basic DVD player with NO internet features and NO BluRay capability, you can't beat this at the price point. To be honest, I didn't even know they still made plain DVD players but a family member just needed something basic to hook up to a TV and did not want anything too fancy or complicated to operate.

Purchased for a family member who did not want/need any 'smart' TV features. This is a good, basic set which will give you a great picture depending, of course, on your source material. Only sources for this set up were basic digital cable and a DVD player and provides a good picture for both.
