Refrigertor good.Horrible Customer service from LG

The first refrigerator they delivered was defective, so i tried the get it fixed from LG but that was the wrong decision.i had the most horrible customer service experience from them. they came 3 times and replaced different part and still won't be fixed. finally i called best buy to get it replaced which they did and the new one is perfect. beware if you have to deal with LG customer service.

All of my pull out drawers are broken
What do I do?
call the LG cusomer service they will send you a new one.
