The art of war may be thousands of years old, but on the battlegrounds of the future combat has become a big business. Where men and women once stood in defense of their nation the employees of Private Military Corporations (PMCs) are deployed, armed with the latest technologies and an arsenal of advanced weapons. Soldiers no longer need to specialize in any area of combat — equipped with powerful exoskeletons, they become the masters of all battlefield skills. In this new age of privatized combat, one PMC stands at the forefront of the industry, the juggernaut Atlas Corporation. Founded and led by Jonathan Irons, perhaps the most powerful man in the world, Atlas Corporation represents the evolution of modern combat. Under the oversight of Irons and men like him, the rules of warfare have been completely rewritten, and national borders change with the demands of the highest bidders. Do you have what it takes to navigate this ever-changing military landscape and answer the Call of Duty? The latest installment in the popular combat series, Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare plunges you into the combat of the future, orchestrated and fought by PMCs with the latest technology in armor, weaponry and tactics. Enter the world of Jonathan Irons — the founder and president of the world's most dominant PMC, Atlas Corporation — in a powerful performance by Academy Award-winning actor Kevin Spacey. Step onto the battlefield in a powerful exoskeleton that provides a massive force multiplier, delivers strategic freedom and enhances even the most adept soldier's abilities with optimized movement, jumping and grappling, covert cloaking abilities and biomechanics that take your strength, awareness, endurance and speed to the next level. Destroy opposing forces with an advanced arsenal that allows you to dominate the battlefield and all-new equipment, abilities and perks that put you at the forefront of combat technology. Conduct missions with hoverbikes, highly specialized drones and other new vehicles that enhance your mobility. Attack enemy forces with tried-and-true standard ammunition or step up your assault with new directed-energy weapons. The future of war is upon you — are you ready to play your part?

I didn't realize I bought destiny

This review is strictly based on online multyplayer. First off, I don't understand why activision would make 2 futuristic fps and release them within months of each other. I have always been a hardcore cod fan since cod 4 and this is by far the worst. If I wanted to play a futuristic fps I would play destiny or god forbid halo, but I don't. I wanted to play a fast paced realistic fps. This game has jet packs, the sound is horrid, the graphics suck, there are hardly any perks, the killstreaks are almost all manual use so you can't just run and gun, you have to go hide in a corner to call it. I will definitely be selling this joke of a game. Do yourself a favor buy destiny and stick with ghost, and you will get the best of both worlds

In the near future, the world's nations are once again plunged into the chaos, paranoia and distrust of a Cold War. This 21st-century arms race is the result of a new generation of warfare, where technology and weapons have united to create a powerful and deadly alliance. As a member of an elite and covert fighting force, you must fight the battles that are not reported by the news media, covered by the blogs or rewarded with parades. Your government disavows any knowledge of your actions, and the only support you have is the backup of your fellow soldiers. In these terrifying times, you'll be required to push the boundaries of right and wrong to accomplish your mission — are you ready to answer the Call of Duty?Lock and load for epic heart-racing battles in Call of Duty: Black Ops II. This thrilling sequel to 2010's popular Call of Duty: Black Ops propels you into a 21st-century Cold War set in the not-too-distant future. Go behind enemy lines and execute covert operations during a time when technology and weaponry converge in new ways. Equip yourself with powerful weapons that will help you complete your mission and take down dangerous enemies around the globe. Prepare for unprecedented undead action as Black Ops II delivers the biggest zombies experience to date. Unravel the mysteries of a dying Earth as part of a four-player team in Tranzit, fight endless waves of zombies in the classic Survival mode, or battle it out to be the last human standing in a massive, eight-player team vs. zombies vs. team scenario. Revolution is the first DLC Map Pack for Call of Duty: Black Ops II, offering a massive amount of content, including four all-new Multiplayer maps, a new Zombies map, a new Zombies game mode and — for the first time in a Call of Duty game — a brand new Multiplayer weapon. Will you answer the Call from your country, your squadmates and within yourself?

Stick with infinity wards

Let me start off with the fact that I have owned every single cod since cod4 and this is the 2nd worst behind world at war. Treyarch does not have what it takes to beat IW. The sound is terrible and that is with the astro A40s. The graphics are way below any infinity wards game, including call of duty 4. The movements are stiff and slow even if you turn the sensitivity way up. Pistols are stronger than assault rifles and snipers get hit markers in the chest. I played this for about 2 hours and realized how amazing mw3 is.
What's great about it: nothing
What's not so great: everything

Trearch does it again, they piggy back off of infinity wards in order to promote their game. The online gameplay is terrible(laggy and disconnects), the graphics suck, the levels are dark, and the sound is rediculous. I do not think they spent anytime on developing anything but the commercials to get us to buy the game. It looks like I will be going back to mw3. Good job trearch, you have let us down once again.

worked fine till patch

This game was really fun no problems at all until they patched it and i was 50 hrs in when they did so i didnt want to restart. after the patch dragons flew backwards and wouldnt attack me and creatures such as giants would not respawn......ever!!!! So if you get the game do not downlaod the patch and u will have blast. Its just disappointing when a company tries to fix a few bugs but ultimately screws the game over poor planning on their part.....back to MW3!!!!
What's great about it: everything until the patch
What's not so great: wasted hours playing just to get a patch that glitches everything
