FUSTRATING ORDERING EXPERIENCE

During the ordering process, it was stated that I would get a email approximately 15 minutes after the order confirmation with the download code. It now has been 20 hours 12 minutes, 10 phones calls to customer service. Many disconnected phone calls. Internet sells cannot cancel nor enter orders. Best Buy is out of codes, one customers service said it would be hours before they had more, one said days. They are out, customers service is apathetic at best.
What's not so great: Best Buy does not have the product they are advertising, and will not credit your account!!!!!!!!!!!!! Do not order thi
