What's great about it: Easy to use and comes with lots of attachments.
What's not so great: Its a little pricey and so are the replacement heads.

I love that it has 2 single sever cups for easy smoothie making. However I used the mixing bowl to grind some pretzels for a dessert and they scratched the container which from what I read in reviews would not happen so I am disappointed about that. But other then that I think its a good product.
