Stopped working after 1 1/2 years!!!!

Remodeled our kitchen and replace the appliances with Frigidaire gallery appliances. The over the range microwave stopped working after 1 1/2 years. It started making a horrible sound and would not heat. Frigidaire said they would honor the warranty but after waiting for a part for over 4 months (which Frigidaire says is "normal") we decided to submit a claim through our extended warranty from American Express.
What a disappointment Frigidaire...both the quality of your products and your customer service.
