Very high power motor and unusual blade design. It does a better job mixing shakes and smoothies than any other blender I've used. Gets things into the blades, and I don't have to keep stopping the machine to push chunks off the sides. Don't let the low price fool you, it works great!

With powerful SureCut opening action and an array of multi-use opening tools, this can opener makes it easy to open difficult cans, jars, lids and hard plastic packaging. The removable cutting blade is washable for quick and easy cleanup.

Best can opener I've ever owned. Does a respectable job opening cans, but the additional opener tools, especially for plastic packaging, are brilliant. A very, very handy tool.

It's good to recognize up front that a Chromebook isn't a Windows or Mac laptop, and doesn't work the same way. It's best to have a printer already configured in Google Cloud Print, don't expect to print offline, and don't expect to sync media devices and ereaders with DRM.
Now that the caveats are out of the way, I've been amazed by how much I like this little computer. My son needed a backup computer which would be used mostly for school. His school, like many, licenses Google applications so everything from email to office suite integrates natively. He uses it constantly and the functionality is just fine for what he needs to do regularly. It is more solid and easier to type on than a tablet with a keyboard and since it boots in seconds, I've borrowed it myself to print out a quick email or look something up when I didn't want to boot up the big computer.
Probably no suitable as an only computer for many people, but a great option for multi computer households and as a secondary or travel computer.

A good phone but troubling stability issues

Samsung makes some great devices and I really wanted to like this phone. I exchanged three times hoping to get one that didn't run into stability issues with certain high use media apps (like You Tube etc.). Ended up exchanging for an LG with less memory, but would run more than a day without having to hard reset.
The hardware's great and once a few software bugs are worked out the phone's likely to be a solid 4-5 stars in its price range, but until then it's not a good choice for people who do a lot with media.

Great activity tracker for the price

The device itself is a small plastic disk. I can't decide if it looks cheap or it looks techno, but either way it works quite well. It does a good job tracking activity, measuring nighttime sleep, and telling you if you're moving enough during the day to meet your activity goals. It does it effectively and unobtrusively and more accurately than devices that cost much more. It also provides a basic watch functionality which is also nice.
The app gives good information and seems to balance "points" well based on the nature of the activities it's tracking. If sleep tracking is important note the auto sleep detection doesn't seem to capture naps during the day but the tradeoff of automation is probably worth it for most people. It also support activity tagging, for people who care about such things and wish to monitor activity more precisely.
Officially only the higher end "Shine" model works with Windows Phone, but I've paired the Flash with both Windows 8.1 and Android phones and it works fine with both. And of course, iOS is also supported.
Basic tracking plus sleep and a watch, no smart watch functions, and it's not as fancy looking as the twice-as-expensive Shine model, but it works very well and is definitely worth a look at the price point.

One of those things you don't realize you need until you have one. Good sound, good range and functionality as a speakerphone, very easy to pair with devices and remote control via smartphone app.

My well loved e-ink reader died and I needed something quick. While I prefer e-ink for hard core ebook reading I was able to buy this tablet for half the price of a dedicated reader, so I figured what the heck. I expected very little from a tablet at this price, and have been very pleasantly surprised by how functional and responsive it is as an all purpose media device with the bonus of some extra functionality.
Kindle, Kobo, third party readers including the public library, everything installs and runs without a hitch. I've also used it in a pinch for web browsing and streaming video media and it's worked fine. I've also installed Google Drive, email, etc.which are used only occasionally, and they work fine as well.
It doesn't have a lot of RAM and the storage space is adequate for what I do but you'd want to add an SD card if you need lots of media storage. The screen is responsive and looks fine, but falls short of the top HD screens on the market.
At this price point I wasn't expecting much but I got something that works quite well. You can easily spend over $200 on a high end 7' tablet, but if you don't need the extra processing power this does a nice job.

Love this mixer. It goes through triple batches of cookie dough without a problem. I have a stand mixer but hardly ever use it because this hand mixer can do it all. Kitchenaid costs a little more but the mixer is worth every penny.

An attractive package, so so execution

It's a great idea - a pedometer that looks like jewelry instead of, well, a pedometer. That it's so versatile and waterproofed for swimming is even better.
In real life the execution is a bit off - tricky to assemble the battery cover, and two watch bands had a tendency to fall off leading ultimately to landing on the garage floor and going under a car. :(
I wish the execution were better because I really want to like the Shine. A simple device with basic time telling is all many people need/want, and it looks real neat.
Another quibble is at this price point there are trackers that start to include some basic smartwatch functionality - at least caller ID, calendar and text notifications, etc. Misfit is more attractive to wear than Striiv, Fitbit, etc., but the limited functionality changes the equation.

Note, the "small" band is really small. Most people will need the large.
There's a reason the Fitbit devices are popular. They track reliably, sync easily to computer or phone, and just "work". The Fitbit Charge is no different. Great to finally have one that tells time.
At this price point it's starting to bump up against smartwatches so it's disappointing it only offers caller ID, not text and meeting notifications, etc. like other pedometers in (or below) this price range.
As an activity tracker Fitbit is top notch and it's a great choice for someone who's primary focus is fitness. If you want tighter integration with phone/tablet notifications there are better choices.

my can opener didnt last very long has anyone else had this problem
Most can openers seem to be disposable these days. I've had one of these models for several years and it's been very durable.

Will it an iPhone 6 plus in a Merit water proof case fit in your cell phone car mount?
I have an i phone 6 plus and in an Merit water proof case and want to know if your Xtream Dash/Window Mount will work with my phone. There isn't any information on this on Best Buy's web site and I have read the reviews and that wasn't any help.
I would use a different model. This bracket does not work well with larger phones, or even smaller phones with thick cases.

It'll run Linux, but not a lot of storage space in 32G if you want to make it dual boot.

What is the difference between this and a laptop?
If this and a laptop were close in price, is there any advantage to a tablet?
This bridges the line between a tablet and laptop. If you want to play games or need lots of storage space it's not for you, if you need something portable for quick hits it's great. Works fine as a tablet, but much more flexible with the keyboard.

Do jeans and khakis still come out terribly wrinkled?
We just bought a house with the older model of this, the WM3988HWA. It washes well but the jeans and khakis come out so severely wrinkled that they need to be ironed. Does this newer model have the same issue? We are considering upgrading.
The wrinkles suggest the drum is full - fine for washing, but compromises performance of the dryer. A newer model would suffer the same limitation, dryers work best when the drum is half full or less.

I can't find it in the specifications, or I don't recognize it.
It isn't a smartphone, it uses its a proprietary LG operating system. There are certain java applets that work but you can't use Android or IOS apps.

Does this phone also have a rear camera and what are the mp on the rear camera.

It's got to be a misprint. It doesn't have a selfie camera.

Applications or programs?
Are Apps available for Chrome or is it necessary to download individual programs? Is there compatibility with Apps for Android?
Many apps will run offline. Many android apps are also chromebook compatible.
