Upgraded to this phone after using a Samsung Galaxy Victory and I am very satisfied overall. I will describe the pros and cons of this phone most of which are pros. starting off with the pros. currently at $39.99!! 4.5"inch IPS screen*fits very snug in the hand*,Knock On (Double tap the screen to put your phone to sleep/wake) *Don't need to struggle looking for the on button* . 1.2 GHz Quad core processor *Very Fast*, Dual-band|3G|4G|4G LTE*fast data speeds* ,Bluetooth 4.0 LE "Low energy"*great feature to have*,1GB Ram *minimum recommended* , Android 4.4 KitKat *current latest android*......Now for the cons and this first one is the biggest one 4 GB ROM *actual phone memory, example: pictures, videos, text messages, etc.. (1.45 GB usable memory)*This is more than enough for basic apps and updating current ones on phone. You will still want to add a microsd card to save your pictures/videos,this however is NOT ENOUGH to add ALL the latest games, maybe 2-3 depending on their size* 5 MP Rear-Facing Camera *Mediocre camera with a flash. Don't expect to be taking amazing photos with this.* 0.3MP Front-Facing Camera * Same for this camera*

Being a T-mobile customer I assumed I could simply just top up my account with a $60 card and have my monthly balance subtracted from it but that's not how it works. DO NOT PURCHASE THIS UNLESS YOU PLAN ON USING THE $60 PLAN.
What's great about it: CAN ONLY BE USED FOR $60 PLAN
What's not so great: CAN ONLY BE USED FOR $60 PLAN
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Phone plan and service is great. Unfortunately this phone is not. Mediocre performance but i ended up upgrading and am happier.

i purchased 2 of these phones & when the sales rep went to set them up , she found out they could not be activated due to phone issues. these issues were known to sprint but sprint did not pull them from the shelves. for this reason i will not recommend sprint.

Would be helpful to some people if you actually explained the issues unless it was something personal. Would help others with purchasing this device so that they would not have the same "issue"
