Gamers occupy two distinct, staunchly divided worlds. On the move, app addicts tap away at the touch screens of their mobile phones, slinging birds at pigs or battling zombies with flowers and trees. In the living room, die-hard franchise fans disappear into the battlefields of blockbuster video games that explode onto large-screen HDTVs. From these two separate realities, we all want one thing — gaming's best. OUYA is a new kind of console that turns the gaming world upside-down — bringing the open mobile model to TV for the first time. It looks like a piece of artwork, is developed like a mobile phone, delivers high-definition like a console — and yet is so very different from anything you've seen before.Introducing a whole new way to experience games and entertainment on your TV, OUYA runs on the Android operating system — becoming the first and only console to lets you develop and publish your own games. If you can program for Android, you can program for OUYA — it comes with an SDK built in, giving you all the tools you'll need to make, submit and publish a great game. The Android OS also means you'll have a custom user interface and game store right at your fingertips, stocked not only with games, like the legendary Final Fantasy franchise, but also tons of your favorite Android apps, videos from VEVO, music from iHeartRadio, streaming games from TwitchTV and more entertainment options. There are no discs to buy or scratch — download games directly to OUYA. When it comes to taking the action on screen, OUYA does it the right way, with impeccable graphics rendered by the NVIDIA Tegra3 quad-core processor, high-definition picture via HDMI and wireless navigation with the 2.4GHz controller. Bringing the fractured gaming world together and giving the power to the people — that's what OUYA can do. OUYA

Understand you'll be supporting the Indie Devs

I knew what I was getting into when I purchased this system as I did not have a chance to support this product on kickstarter. Customers need to understand this is not a next gen system.....this is a system that supports the independent developers. If you want to get you child into video game programming a system like this for $100 is a steal. For the simple fact the emulators are free for this system and all you need to do is supply your own ROMS makes this product a steal. Anytime I can play super punch out in all of its glory is a good day
My Best Buy number: 096537067
What's great about it: Support the Indie Developers
What's not so great: Controller

Kid 'n' Play return in the hip-hop themed comedy House Party 3, which comes to DVD with a pair of transfers. The widescreen anamorphic transfer preserves the original theatrical aspect ratio of 1.85:1, and is preferable to the standard full-frame image. Closed-captioned English soundtracks are rendered in Dolby Digital 5.1 and Dolby Digital Surround. English subtitles are accessible. Supplemental materials include the original theatrical trailer, and filmographies for the cast and crew. This is a solid disc from New Line Home Entertainment that will please genre enthusiasts.

Movie needs the comedic recognition it deserves

I cannot express the hilarity that is House Party 3. A gem of cinematic greatness which should be recognized as one of the best blaxploitation movies of the mid 90's not to be outdone by "Friday". From the introduction of Stinky to the amazing Uncle Vester this movie will have you in tears and only gets better from multiple viewing. If you don't know about Angina Williams or the greatest culinary minds which make up Ex-Con Catering you need to buy this movie. Believe me you will not be disappointed
What's great about it: Stinky, Uncle Vester, Aunt Lucy, Show Boat, Angina Williams, and of course Ex-Con Catering
What's not so great: Everything about this movie is a classic
I would recommend this to a friend!
