It is slow and the graphics seem slow, along with all of their programs slow it down even more. The best thing to do is reformat the entire hard drive and just install a fresh copy of windows on the hard drive and get the drivers off of manufacturers website. It did speed the system up a bit. The one program I would recommend that was offered was Webroot, It came as a standalone program but well worth the recommendation. Do the FREE month and wait for it to expire for about 3-4 days and they will give your 50-55 %.

Best Sounding Headphones with iPhone

I have an iPhone 6 Plus and I had to return my Beats Executive AGAIN because of a "manufacturers defect" (the leather on the cup was separating again). I listened to a lot of headphones. Then I listened to the Bowers & Wilken P5 Wireless (bluetooth) and was amazed with the clarity of the headphones on bluetooth quality on this phone. Enough bass, treble, etc.. They are perfect and were the same price as the Beats Executive. The charge lasts a long time. Itt says 17 hours, and it gets really close to that. The thing that got me wsa that the ear pads are replaceable along with the cord if needed. Best sounding, and I own a few pair including Bose and another beats pair and a Sennheiser.

Executives built well outside, cheap inside parts

How Often Used:3-5 times a week
After 2nd pair of Beat Executives, I am giving up and going to another brand. They fit extremely well, and don't loosen on your head like the Bose Ae2w. Also have the Beats Wireless and haven't had any problems with them. I have had the same problem with 2 pairs, and that was an extremely high pitch squeal in the left side. (deafening squeal, not something that is just an annoyance, but something you can hear with the headphones off also). It started happening about 3 1/2 months after I purchased the headphones. Normally Best Buy, with something this new and with a manufacture defect will just exchange them out and send them back to the manufacturer, since it would be no money out of their pocket. NOPE, they used the warranty for the 3 1/2 month old Beats Executives and made me purchase another warranty for $39.99. There was no proration of the warranty, so BEWARE. If you purchase these and they WILL FAIL, and every time they do fail, you will pay an extra $39.99 to replace them IF YOU HAVE THE EXTENDED WARRANTY.
They also are very weak on the noise canceling. No where as good as the Bose. Try them out in the store before you purchase.
What's great about it: Sound great, a lot of bass, fit well and tight, great selection of cords etc in box
What's not so great: Sound is great, lots of bass, except don't expect a lot from the noise cancellation
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Don't Buy this one, Go for the Bamboo

I purchased this and about 2 months after normal use (or less than normal use) the rubber tore off and wouldn't go back on. I contacted the store and also called Rocketfish about getting replacement tips. They DO NOT sell them and none of the others will fit this pen type. When the rubber tip breaks, it breaks and the thing is useless. I thought since Rocketfish was a Best Buy brand, the store would at least do an exchange since it was just a little over two months old, but they wouldn't help out. Rocketfish wouldn't do anything either, so in the trash it went... so SAVE YOUR MONEY OR BUY THE BAMBOO THAT HAS REPLACEABLE TIPS...
What's great about it: Nothing
What's not so great: No REPLACEMENT TIPS

Great sound but a little pricey

I love these headphones and wouldn't trade them for the world. I even bought the BOSE QC-15's and didn't like them as much as these. The BOSE serve a different purpose. These headphones are great. It seems that they have fixed the battery issue that they had in earlier models also. Some of the earlier models wouldn't hold a charge for more than a few days. I can leave these for a week or more and they still have a charge. The only bad thing I can say about the headphones is the price and after a period of time they seem to develop a creak in the earpieces. MAKE SURE YOU BUY THE EXTENDED WARRANTY ON ALL PRODUCTS LIKE THIS (JUST IN CASE, YA NEVER KNOW!!!, and BEST BUY SEEMS TO BE GOOD ABOUT REPLACING THEM)

What's not so great: PRICE

I haven't found one thing wrong with this dishwasher other than the option to add a light. Other than that it's a 5 star all the way.

Was cheap so I bought it for an extra backpack, got what I paid for. It was a 15.00 backpack, glad it was on a deal of the day at 50% off. It was a great buy at that price.. otherwise no go.. Only recommend at discounted price

I love the Lifeproof Case, but the inside cover can be VERY easily scratched, so be careful when you are trying to get the dust off the inside when you are installing the thing. The outside seems really strong and scratch proof. They do have a long drawn out process to make sure it is waterproof, but I really didn't plan on swimming with or showering with my phone just need the occasional splash protection. It is a pretty strong case, and lightweight!!! Good buy!! A little pricey is why I put it lower on the rating..

Replacement rubber ends
I bought my RF-TWPSTYL last fall and the capacitive rubber end has split and is unusable. I can see threads inside. Is there a replacement rubber cap that can be installed?
I contacted the online people by email and chat. Also went into the store and there is no replacement. I was mad, because it is now a waste!!!!
They did say, "you can still use it as a pen"... uh.. yeah, thanks. My conversation was about 8 months ago, so things could have changed, but doubtful. Sorry for the bad news for such an expensive "PEN" now.
