Bleak, hilarious, dark, heartwarming, depressing, and satisfying. Unlike the American Office, which kept going long past its welcome, The Office UK ended after two seasons and a special. When the main story ends, the show ends - on a perfect note. I love the first few seasons of The Office US, but it just kept going until the quality dropped severely.

I saw this in theaters and said, "That wasn't scary. More creepy than scary." But when I got home, it was a whole 'nother story. I couldn't close my eyes in the shower for a month out of fear of Samara.
I find the film endlessly rewatchable. It's so beautifully made - the score and cinematography create such dense atmosphere.
The PQ is phenomenal, but it's been given a greenish tint instead of the blue that we've become used to.

A beautifully shot and acted murder mystery in the vein of Hitchcock. Check out Memories of Murder and The Host for more from this director.

I didn't care for this much the first time I saw it. Second time I fell in love with it and have watched it numerous times since then. The PQ of the Blu-ray is really soft.

Nice steelbook for an excellent film

I was there on release day to get my steelbook. There were about 15 and by the end of the day there was only one left! It's pretty cool looking too. This is how steelbooks should be done - actually limited, minimalistic design with artwork on the back instead of printed text, inside artwork, embossed and/or debossed, and a shiny finish.

I picked mine up in store because I wanted the Paramount 100th Anniversary red slipcover. The movie is hilarious. The Blu-ray picture and audio quality are okay.
