Enjoy powerful performance with this compact HP Pavilion Wave computer. The Intel i3 processor provides fast data handling, while the 1TB hard drive lets you store plenty of files. This HP Pavilion Wave computer has 8GB of RAM to run the latest applications and four USB ports for connecting multiple accessories.

Great Concept and Package, but....

It is really sssslllllllllooooooooowwwwwwwwwww. I should have heeded the other cautionary reviews, but since this is just going to be an email and web surfing machine I was less concerned. Then, this morning it went on sale. I thought...what can I lose? Well, what I could lose was time. While the unpacking and turn-on were flawless, the time for the processor to execute is shockingly slow. I am hooked up to a wired ethernet with good results from other machines on the same network. Really surprised at the sluggishness in a Win10 environment. One other major disappointment is that with the nice speaker and the included bluetooth, i expected that I could use this as a bluetooth speaker for other devices. Nope. Opportunity lost.
The things that I like are the obvious form factor and the simplicity of the device. It looks great on the desk. A great idea by HP, but poorly executed. I am sure it will be moderately useful for its intended purpose of this machine. However, other than looking super cool, there are few compliments to give.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
