Cordless Long Charge Cycle with Power
on December 6, 2019
Posted by: RalphHenry
from Raleigh, NC
Finally a convertible stick-vac that is cordless, has useful power and holds a charge long enough for several cleaning jobs. I have used many similar products and the biggest problem was that after 4-5 minutes the charge ran out. This little guy did my car front, back and trunk; then let me vacuum over 300 square feet of indoor/outdoor basement carpet, a set of 20 carpeted steps and still was running strong. On top of all this, it has a very effective rotating brush that you can turn on or leave off when not needed.
It has a big green indicator when it is fully charged. The hand-vac fits snugly in the stick frame for when you want to stand and do the floor carpet but pops out easily when you want the hand-vac. It did include a narrow nozzle for getting in smaller spaces and a brush head that you can attach or remove as desired. These attachments let me do a great job on an old couch; cleaning the cushions and getting down into the areas where the pretzel pieces live.
I do recommend this unit which has a very solid feel, clever design points and has excellent power.

Nice Big Headphones to Cover Ears
on November 13, 2019

These headphones have the type of design points I love. They are large enough to go over my older drooping earlobes, they have excellent adjustment features, they have some lights for pizzazz, they don’t make my ears sweat due to the soft but sort of venting earpad material, they absolutely don’t pinch my head and they sound great. They also have 7.1 surround sound – nice.
You can control these phones using the Corsair iCue software. I also have the Corsair K57 keyboard and the software handles both of these devices. You can control lighting, sound equalization and more in the software. The battery life can be extended greatly by not using the lights but they sure are sharp and not overdone.
I did have one problem. I could not get the mic off mute. I called Corsair support and actually had a tech in less than a minute. However, I found while on the call that if I stored the mic fully in the ‘vertical’ position (push until it locks in place), the mute function now went off when I then lowered the mic to a horizontal position. You can also control muting via a button on the headset. What I think is that it was not an obstruction, but rather pushing the mic all the way to its locked position caused a reset of the mic auto-mute switch in the headset. I think this because it seems to be a permanent fix now. I did google this problem and found many times folks had this same mute problem and tried all sorts of restarts, resets and firmware upgrades. I think the solution I stumbled on, may be the real problem and is a permanent fix and/or procedure. Subsequently I did not have to put the mic all the way up to the locked vertical position, i.e. just lifting the mic muted it as designed. Now the mute button also worked properly.
There is a large USB dongle that you must use for the wireless connection. Maybe the dongle could have been a bit smaller like the one the Corsair K57 keyboard uses.
I definitely recommend these excellent headphones which come with a 2 year parts and labor warranty from Corsair - now that is great.

Excellent Membrane Gaming Keyboard
on November 13, 2019
Posted by: RalphHenry
from Raleigh, NC
This keyboard is very well made. I thought it came out of the box feeling very solid for a membrane keyboard. I also liked the higher key level i.e. not flat keys like a laptop may have. Although this is not a mechanical keyboard, the feedback from the keystrokes was excellent and you could sense the complete key press but not quite like the mechanical – it will be a ‘feel’ some users will like more or less than the mechanical.
The software is super and has many functions from lights to macro setup. Also I have the Void RGB Elite Wireless headphones and the same software works for both (also I liked the set of both keyboard and headphones and especially how sharp the lights work across both products). A nice touch is a very comfortable wrist rest, which is a must for me.
Very nice charging cable is provided and I liked the on board storing of the USB dongle in a spot on the top/back of the keyboard. It paired easily with my Windows laptop. You need to be aware that to use the iCue software the keyboard must be attached wireless via the USB dongle (you can pair it in Bluetooth but the software will not find the keyboard).
The battery with fancy patterns of RGB lighting lasted about as stated around 30-35 hours; but you can get triple that at least, if you turn off the lights. I did like that the music pause and play keys as well as the volume up/down keys are provided. You can disable keys to help when playing games. You can pair two devices with the keyboard and toggle between them using function keys. I also paired it with my cell phone (LG Stylo 4), and I am finding I love to write my eMail messages using this keyboard – never was very good with the cell phone keyboard area.
This keyboard is very sophisticated for the low price-point. It is solid, has great wireless and Bluetooth. It has nice gaming features but also can be used for just doing Word or other documents, etc.
I highly recommend this keyboard and also suggest using it with the Void RGB Elite Wireless headphones which provides a very nice package for you with one software and sync’d up design and lights.

Facilitates Switching Between Cell and PC
on November 5, 2019

This full-function keyboard is solid and has some features that make it standout from other membrane keyboards. It can be used with Chrome OS or Windows or Android. I paired it with both a laptop and my cell phone easily – and its Bluetooth connectivity was smooth and reliable. It has a couple keys on the upper right that can be used to switch quickly between your cell phone and your laptop or desktop – I had not seen that before. You can use function keys to handle your laptop’s or phone’s brightness and volume and other functions. In addition, the battery cover has an indentation that is designed to hold your cell phone. My cell phone did fit, however if you use even a thin case, it will not fit with the case on; they should have made the slot wider. A USB dongle is also included for attaching using a USB port.
I would highly recommend this keyboard, especially if you have a situation where during your work, you often type on your cell phone as this makes typing on a cell phone much more convenient.

Smooth and Well Designed

This is a wonderful mouse. The surface feels like silk yet has a touch that you also feel like you are in full control. The shape is superb and the arrangement of scroll wheel and all the buttons is almost perfect for me. You do need to try it as these are subjective areas. I did feel the button on the side often used for ‘browser backward’ could be a little more forward as I had to bend my thumb a little more than some other gaming mice to hit it easily.
This mouse has many required features like adjustable lift off distance and very nice software via the Swarm program that you must download to control all its features (https://en.roccat.org/support). The Swarm software will allow you to set illumination, button assignments, pointer speed and more including advanced settings like polling rate. The software is absolutely well designed and simple to use. Often if the software is not written well the user has to do things that the program should build into it. The Swarm software is the best I’ve seen for making it easy on the user. Tip of the cap to the programmers. I do highly recommend this mouse and at the price point it is a real winner.

Fast & Healthy Cooking
on October 23, 2019

from Raleigh, NC
This cooker was very simple to use and easy to clean. That’s two important factors. I did make some hot-dogs in the cooker as a test and they were delicious, plump and juicy. The hot-dogs tasted like they were grilled. See the attached photo.
You do have to pay attention to how fast items will cook. The little instruction booklet was careful to say anything you cook should be observed at ½ the cooking time. This turned out to be important as the hot-dogs cooked in about 2/3 of the expected time. So test a bit before you get into cooking larger amounts of various items. You can cook fresh or frozen foods as well like French-fries and that is a great plus.
Since you cook without oil, this is a healthier way to cook vegetables and many other foods. The instructions tell you and I would recommend putting the cooker on a heat-safe surface. The outside of the cooker does not get hot to the touch, however be careful when you pull the cooking “chamber” out of the cooker as it will be hot inside. There is a part that sits in the bottom of the “chamber” that keeps food from touching the bottom and both the “chamber” and this part are non-stick – very nice.
I would recommend this little wonder for cooking foods relatively fast, healthy and with a super flavor.

Very Solid, Compact and Precise
on October 22, 2019

You’ll first notice the physical characteristics of this keyboard, and they are impressive. There is a nice weight to it; but not too heavy, which gives it a very solid feel. This solid feel is also due of course to the steel backplate. There are five rubber pads on the bottom which grip the surface aggressively. You have 3 height levels due to a very well-designed set of feet that change your keyboard angle. You do not have a wrist rest but I have found these rests move too much on other gaming keyboards so I don’t like them anyway. The power plug (USB Micro) is designed such that it has a surrounding shroud/prongs that ensures it stays plugged in even if you grab the keyboard or move it with quick key striking. The lights on the keys are fantastic and you’ll have many ways to configure them – more on that later. You should understand this is a ‘tenkeyless’ mechanical keyboard. You won’t have a ‘numberpad’ on the right – this makes the keyboard more compact and I felt this is better for gaming situations and in fact even if you are doing other types of usage. It will make your distance to the mouse smaller of course and this is often a desired feature. The lighting of the letters and numbers on the keys is very sharp looking.
Logitech has created the GX Blue switches for the keys and these switches are smooth with a very nice sounding audible click. I compared the feel and sound with another brand gaming keyboard and I did prefer the lower tone on this Logitech G Pro which others may also like. The feel of the keys as you strike them is beautiful and the contour of each key is just perfect I think, but this is subjective.
You do need to download the Logitech G Hub software. This gives you lots of options including the light patterns and setting up macros. You can use standard light patterns, create your own and also download and upload patterns from a community library. I tried lots of downloaded patterns and it was a lot of fun to see the animated lighting and colors. You can disable some keys, there are defaults and you can easily add others as you wish; the selected keys are disabled when you press the game mode button which looks like a little joystick – cute. Disabling some keys is helpful to keep me from accidently hitting keys on the lower row as I am a little clumsy when I’m in games or even just doing something like a word document.
I definitely recommend this keyboard: it is precise, solid and a lot of fun to use.

Simple to Use, Food Delicious/Tender
on October 13, 2019

Wow! I am a gourmet cook now. This is perfect for a meal for a family or two meals for a single person. Not too big and not too small. I made the Pot Roast using the included recipe. Set it for “Lo” and 12 hours cook time. A nice feature is that it will go to “warm” mode when the twelve hours are up. It is quite warm to serve even if in the “warm” mode for a couple hours.
The pot roast was super tender and the red potatoes I used were perfectly done as were the mushrooms, onions and carrots. I did not add the celery; by the way I did use both the called for beef broth and also some canned beef gravy. So delicious I was amazed I could get the meat so tender.
It also has a “Hi” mode and you can cook the same meal in 8 hours.
It is simple to use and very easy to clean up. The inner ceramic pot comes out for cleaning and it is very solid. Just a great design and high quality. I do recommend it as the best crock pot I ever used.

Outstanding Features and Ease of Install
on October 13, 2019
Posted by: RalphHenry
from Raleigh, NC
The Arlo Pro3 cameras are quite a jump up from the original Arlo cameras. I have both now. These cameras add sound and better video technology including improved resolution. A giant step up is that these use a rechargeable battery as well.
The setup using the new app is flawless. The cameras sync’d instantly with the base unit. One installation improvement could be for Arlo to include two mounts that screw into your outside mounting points. They only include one of these and one interior type ‘portable’ mount. This system had two cameras so why not two of each type of mount. This system is not cheap so go ahead and do this Arlo people.
The recognition technology seems to be working fine i.e. object recognition – but I would need to view this over about 3 months to really see if it works. The camera app set up features are very nice to easily get your correct motion sensitivity level and camera orientation all honed in.
These cameras also have a microphone so you can talk back and forth or mute your voice and hear what’s going on – this is a very nice capability the old Arlo cameras did not have.
You can also integrate this system with Google Home for example. About the only real negative is the delay from the point the cameras pick up motion to the point where you see the live image on your phone. It seems you can say ‘go live’ and it will say ‘connecting’ for several seconds before you actually see the image. I realize the wireless latency is part of this, but wonder if Arlo can come up with some technology that keeps the camera ready without battery drain but allows the communication link to the base unit to be faster. The range-distance for the base to pickup the cameras is indeed great.
The other feature like the library of videos, and scheduling active camera motion sensing timeframes are still there and are very well done. The weather proofing of the camera is great and the battery removal and replacement has been improved and is much easier than the old Arlo cameras in two ways. There is a button to push to release the battery pack and when re-installed the battery pack makes an audible and solid click to let you know it is closed up.
I found that this system is overall super-duper and I do recommend these Arlo systems for solid build quality, excellent features and ease of install.

Bright and Crisp Projection
on October 4, 2019
Posted by: RalphHenry
from Raleigh, NC
This projector worked perfectly as designed. It is for home use and it is large (6” high by 16” wide by 13” depth) and has a super bright image projection. There are all the requisite adjustments for focus and ensuring the sides of the projected picture are square i.e. ±30° keystone correction. You can access both basic and more detailed functions from the included remote.
It does not have speakers and since the ‘quick start’ guide is for both the 3200 and 3800 models you might think it does like I did which resulted in a call to tech support. The call went excellent. They answered within 30 seconds and advised me it did not have speakers (I did feel a little lame, but I do have two other Epson projectors that have speakers). However even better in regards to speakers, it actually does have Bluetooth. I was able to use the on-screen menus without looking at the user manual and anyone can easily figure out how to pair an external speaker. Since there are many re-chargeable Bluetooth speakers both indoors and outdoors types, it really is a better way to go. The internal speakers always sound ‘tinny’ anyway. The Bluetooth capability is also used to pair optional 3D glasses.
It does have a USB port that you can insert an optional WiFi dongle; and this will give the device the ability to work over a network which is really nice. It also has a USB charging port which is very handy so that you can be charging your Bluetooth speaker if necessary while operating the speaker and the projector. It has 4K resolution and this is a big deal as far as clarity of a large image (up to 300” screen size) which tested flawlessly from my laptop HDMI connection. The only design change I would suggest is to have type of front feet that slide down quickly to aim the projector. The front feet here are adjusted by screwing the foot up or down which is a relatively slow process, but is more precise. It would also be nice at this price point, to include both the WiFi dongle and a pair of the optional 3D RF active shutter glasses (yes it has a 3D viewing mode).
This is no toy, it is expensive but it is a superior home projector with a beautiful lens, a powerful cooling fan and a very bright/sharp output - it also has a 2 year parts/labor warranty and a great phone support desk. I certainly recommend this solid and powerful unit as an excellent projector for your home screen (or even wall) viewing.

Took it back
By kenn
After setup was complete, the computer suffered many glitches, both in hardware and software. E.g. the computer kept disconnecting from my Wi-Fi and I had to go in and retype the password. Computer locked up several times and I had to unplug it to shut it down so I could reboot it. Much of my software apps displays were incredibly small and I could find no way to change them. These were just a few of the most glaring examples.
You Can Change Size of Objects & Text
December 27, 2015
The ultra HD display can be adjusted. Go to Settings, System (Display is in there), Advanced Display Settings and change the resolution to 1920x1080. Then continue on to Advanced Sizing of Text and Other Items; now click on 'Set a custom scaling level' (blue text) and select 110%. Now everything will be correct. Most apps don't work well with the Ultra HD yet. But your machine will be powerful as new Apps come out. Once the machine updates to latest Windows 10, you will find it great.

Great Product at First
By Merv
Worked great in the beginning but had trouble keeping battery power and is dead now and will not recharge. Also not easy to clip on. The band included to wear on your wrist is 4" thick at least and not practical. It would have been better to purchase on of the wrist versions versus the one. I hope Best Buy will allow me to exchange due to the default.
FitBit One Wide Band
January 22, 2016
You do realize the wide band is ideal for sleep monitoring as it is very comfortable on the wrist all night. It is not a watch band. Also various suppliers make a band that the Fitbit One can snap into and then it can be worn as a watch. SO if you like the Fitbit otherwise, just get the watch band for it.

Syncing Fitbit One
January 22, 2016
I noticed trouble syncing and it seemed if you have the application open and the Fitbit is connected to your PC, then it won't sync with your phone and vice versa. Not sure if that is an error or the design. Once application closed on PC now the phone sync'd in a couple seconds. So maybe this is what some people are seeing?

Highest Quality and Top Features
By RalphHenry from Raleigh, NC
This AIO has superior resolution to others. Some reviews spoke about a text problem, however you can improve the text via going to settings, display, advanced and 'cleartype text' and follow the steps. Also has 3D display capability which is good for future needs for me. Sound is nice with Jensen speakers. Touch screen is great. WIFI is super and has both 2.4 and 5 GHz ranges with Wireless AC. Very quiet fan. Lenovo support has regressed but is do-able I asked a simple question and the tech had no idea, also the website seems broken in the support area; glad I got Geek Squad. But this AIO is one great machine. price is very reasonable for what you get. Love it.
Intel Has Fix for Display Errors
March 7, 2016
Here's good news after I called and got an update from Lenovo support. The problem of getting errors such as "Display driver has stopped responding and has recovered..." seems to be fixed. But the Lenovo support site does not have the driver version to install since it is still in 'maintenance' or Beta test. However you can get the driver from Intel for their 530 graphics hardware at https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/25620/Intel-Graphics-Driver-for-Windows-7-8-1-10-15-40-6th-Gen-?v=t
The driver version is 20.19.15.4352 (you're probably using 4300). Now if you download the driver and run the driver install as you normally do under Windows it will say either you are already at the most current driver level or that your manufacturer has not ok'd the use of this level. But the Lenovo tech helped me install it. Basically you need to go to Device manager, select the Intel HiDef Graphics 530, and click to update the driver. Select to install from your computer and say you have a disk and then select the folder where you unzipped the new 4352 driver stuff. Now it will install this driver. I have not seen the display driver error message any more so it appears that this driver fixes things. I had tried all kinds of combinations of settings for the NVDIA driver (there are two display drivers) in conjunction with the Intel driver thinking that the interaction caused the problems. But hopefully this driver level will work. Call Lenovo if you don't want to try to install it yourself.

Good but some issues
By Mike944
The 4K screen is what sold me. However, it has a lot of glare and not as stunning as you would think for it being 4k display. Also, the video card seems to crash and recover randomly. The system stays on and it recovers well on its own, but it seems to do this regularly nonetheless. Also the keyboard is a very flat, chiclet laptop style keyboard with next to no key travel, resulting in a lot of typing errors. I do not care for this type of keyboard. Otherwise, the performance is pretty snappy with no lag and Windows 10 is a huge improvement over 8.
Graphics Card Problem Fixed
March 19, 2016
I had the same problem with video card crash and recover. Finally a fix is available I have it installed for 2 weeks and not a single error. You have to download a driver from Intel for 530, it is level 20.19.15.4352 You cannot get it from the Lenovo support site because it is a Beta driver. I stumbled into it because I called IBM support and happened to get a tech who knew about it. Go here to find the driver https://downloadcenter.intel.com/product/88345/Intel-HD-Graphics-530-for-6th-Generation-Intel-Core-Processors Now you need to update the driver but the normal procedure ( go to driver tab in Device Manager...) will result in a message saying you can't install this driver... But if you go to the Device Manager and then right click the device then click on 'update driver software', then flow through browsing on your computer and say 'have disk'... and point where you unzipped the file; it will install it. If you can't weave through the steps just call Lenovo and the tech will show you or Best Buy Geek will show you. I've tested it and it works fine, great not to see those video crash and recovered errors.

Seems Like Phony Customer Support

I had to laugh, the comment from their Customer Support, says sorry for frustration and then cleverly says they'll go ahead and solve your problem by contacting their Customer Support? Yikes, what the @$#&^@.

Good Computer BUT
By BBPurchaser071
After purchasing, the specs on the graphics card is GTX 950A, NOT A 950.Looking up the specs of the 950A, here is what is on NVIDA site: We recommend the NVIDIA GeForce GTX 950A for gaming with highest details at resolutions up to, and including, 1280x720. Why would they put in a graphics card in a 4K monitor that can only support great quality up to 1280X720. Taking it back to store.
This PC has Two Graphics Cards
June 5, 2016
You make a good point. This PC has two graphics cards and the other is the Intel HD 530 but I see it recommends only up to 1366x768. I know the display is supposed to handle 3840x2160 and you can select this setting and it works fine. I'm wondering if the limits on each card are overcome because you have both graphics cards? Maybe the manufacturers just undershoot the real capability? Anyway my Lenovo AIO 700 works great and I love it. For the money it is the best deal. I do know that you have to install a new driver for the HD 530, make sure you have 20.19.15.4352 (this is a Beta driver you can get from Intel) If you don't get it, you will get frequent from the HD 530.

Worst Computer Ever
By Disappointed
This computer is very aesthetically pleasing and has great specs. The 4k screen is very nice and the accessories work great.
However...
1.
This computer constantly is crashing citing a graphics card error. Simply browsing the internet or typing a Word document and the screen will constantly be crashing.
2.
The computer will not let me install updates and programs are constantly freezing and crashing. The only programs I have installed are Kaspersky protection suite and Microsoft Office suite.
**One day I turned on my computer and attempted to create a Word document only to find that the computer had deleted the entire office suite! There is no trace it ever existed.
3.
Simple tasks such as opening a program take a ridiculous amount of time. For a solid state hard drive, opening Windows Explorer takes on average 5 MINUTES!!! I have nothing saved on this computer!
I took my computer into Best Buy and paid $150 and they said that they could not find any problem. I will be returning this computer.
DO NOT BUY
Display Error Problem Fixed
August 12, 2016
I once worked at Lenovo & IBM and know a little about display drivers. The problem here is Lenovo's support site recommends the wrong driver level for the Intel 530 Display Driver. All you need to do to automatically fix this is use the Intel Driver Update Utility. Download it and it will show a list of recommend driver updates. For starters just choose the display driver update. At this time it will install level 20.19.15.4463 -> all your problems will go away. You can also let it install any other drivers it may find are down level. It is great. Here is the link to download the utility: https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/24345/Intel-Driver-Update-Utility By the way, for this computer to allow stuff I use like Windows Live to look better, I change the screen resolution to 1920x1080 and set the text scaling level to 110%. At the price, this is a super wonderful computer but need to make the changes I suggest.

Terrific 2 in 1 Just Make 1 Change
By RalphHenry from Raleigh, NC
This is a steal especially at the sale price. Beautiful touchscreen display, quad core processor albeit not the fastest but 4 cores and made by Intel so not power hungry. Dual Band AC WiFi which is important. Also very solid build, great keyboard. Only thing that slowed it down was 5400 rpm 500GB HDD. Some reviews said slow and it was a bit, but pop in an SSD and it flies super fast. You can use a free program like EASEUS to clone the HDD exactly to the SSD, including the recovery partition etc. Now you keep the old HDD as your instant backup image if needed. 4GB memory appears to be enough. Great function as tablet or tent or normal PC. Very portable which was one of my needs. If you want to step up, get HP's 13.3 inch same as this just bigger, 6GB memory but same tired old 5400 rpm drive problem but you can fix that with an SSD; and this more expensive one has a 6th gen core i3. I couldn't afford the bigger one, but I also liked the smaller 11.6 display anyway. Both have IPS display technology - great.
SSD Can be Swapped in Here's How
August 13, 2016
I did see the instructions you refer to and they are for an x360 Notebook. It is confusing, as this PC is an x360 2in1. HP does take you to the wrong place. But I looked further and HP does provide a Hardware Maintenance Manual for the x360 2/1. It shows you exactly how to get inside and replace anything from the battery to memory to the HDD. I will paste in the link to the manual and it shows you each step. But I'll give you an overview. You do have to be careful but it is not too difficult. First before removing anything I used a free program called EASEUS Backup which cloned the 500 GB HDD to a 500 GB SSD (it makes it identical including the recovery partition). You do need a USB cable to attach the SSD to a USB port on this PC to make the clone. Then basically you remove 12 screws on the bottom and flip it face up and gently pry the keyboard up first at the hinge end. Don't pull the keyboard off all the way as you have to remove two flat cables from their ZIF connectors. ZIF connectors are easy to release but you do have to notice which side of the connector that you flip up. It is easier if someone holds the keyboard up slightly while you release the ZIF's. I was able to do it myself. Once the keyboard is off, you remove 2 screws from the HDD (it says 4 but I only saw 2 screws) and also another ZIF cable to release the HDD from the board. You will have to take the bracket and the cable plug off the hard drive and put them on the SSD. Then reverse the process. I did read that things like memory are not accessible but the HMM also shows you how to remove a shield a small board and boom there is the single 4GB memory card. You can put in an 8GB memory card but I didn't since the SSD gives you tremendous speed improvement that the memory upgrade will only give you slight improvement. Now the link to the 90 page Maintenance & Service Guide (I also saved it to my desktop): http://support.hp.com/us-en/search?q=HP%20Pavilion%20x360%20m1-u001dx%20maintenance%20and%20service%20guide&filter=&product=11084072&pname=HP%20Pavilion%20x360%20m1-u001dx%20(ENERGY%20STAR) If you are concerned, BBuy should be able to do it for you with your cloned SSD for a small fee. There are lots of videos of people doing this level of stuff on the smaller 2/1 laptops, tablets and cell phones that seemingly are not accessible.. I did watch one on ZIF connectors.

Enjoy Full HD viewing with this 25-inch HP micro-edge display. It has one VGA and two HDMI inputs for versatile, high-definition connectivity, and its edge-to-edge panel lets you opt for a clean-looking multi-monitor setup. Play video games smoothly thanks to the AMD FreeSync technology of this thin HP micro-edge display.

There was no vga cable in the box. Should I go to best buy or hp?

I don't think HP provides a VGA cable with this unit, only the HDMI cable. You will have to purchase one. Of course an old VGA cable will work fine. If you can switch to HDMI it is much better and of course VGA is being phased out.

Is this booster compatible with Verizon?

I don't think it is a question of carrier but rather the model of your cell phone. You can google to see if your phone is compatible. Also look on the box for those few iPhones and Samsung phones listed.

Take your music anywhere with this portable Sony wireless speaker. Lightweight and water-resistant, it has a 16-hour battery life, making it perfect for on-the-go listening all day. This Sony wireless speaker has Bluetooth connectivity with NFC One-touch, and it can also link to a second speaker for stereo sound.

We have a 2007 Insignia Flat Screen TV. How do we know if it is Bluetooth compatible? We have Xfinity as our cable provider.

In 2007 it is probably not Bluetooth. It won't have anything to do with your cable provider. To see if the TV happens to be Bluetooth compatible I would try this. Select Menu or Settings. Look for something like 'Add Accessory' or pair with Bluetooth Device.. You might also look for Audio settings but that is less likely. Now your TV probably does have an Audio Out Jack of the 3.5mm variety. The speaker also has a little Audio In jack. You would need a cable like this one https://www.bestbuy.com/site/insignia-6-3-5mm-mini-audio-cable-black/4370001.p?skuId=4370001 from Best Buy. Simply plug in to both the TV and speaker and you are good to go. Now if you don't have the 3.5mm jack on your TV you probably have Audio Out on RCA jacks, in that case get this cable to connect: https://www.bestbuy.com/site/insignia-6-3-5mm-mini-to-rca-stereo-audio-cable-black/4408001.p?skuId=4408001

Ensure safe listening with these Insignia kids' headphones. Children can listen to high-quality audio through the 40mm drivers without damaging their hearing; the headphones' built-in volume-limiting function keeps the decibel level low to protect small ears. These Insignia kids' headphones have a share port that enables the connection of a second pair of headphones.

Nest Doorbell (Wired) lets you know who’s there, so you never miss a thing. It replaces your existing wired doorbell and delivers HD video and bright, crisp images, even at night. It’s designed to show you everything at your doorstep — people head to toe or packages on the ground. And with 24/7 streaming, you can check in anytime. Or go back and look at a 3-hour snapshot history to see what happened.*

Will Google Hello do a better job in regards to lag (delay) and motion detection? I had another video doorbell (rhimes with Ding) which could not adequately connect to the wifi, terrable lag, poor motion detection (false alarms and missed live ones).

Delay is a second or so on the NEST HELLO. I know because as I tested it, I could hear my wife talk inside and then hear her voice outside; and vice-versa. So it is not what I'd consider a problem.

What are the dimensions And is there a charge

There is a charge to keep NEST AWARE functions, $10 or so per month. But you do not need it to see and hear and talk to people at the door.
