Dishwasher installation

Really wish I would have read these reviews before ordering. Never received a call with delivery window. Took a day off and nobody ever showed up. I called Best Buy to be told the car broke down and I would be receiving a call. 3 weeks later and many many calls to best buy I still have an uninstalled dishwasher sitting in my kitchen. I have never once received a call from best buy or the installer after being promised many times that I would receive a call. Horribly disappointing. Best Buy is losing a family of customers over this drawn out unprofessional ordeal.

What's not so great: Installers are no shows and won't ever call you!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
