Love my SB700! This is a powerful flash, but at a reasonable price. It's like a Porsche Cayman: the power of a 911, but the cost-effectiveness of a Boxster. It's a very good compromise.
Speed is fantastic; flexibility of bounce flash, LCD controls, remote/master options, diffuser, case... all pluses!
What's great about it: High-end features without high-end cost
What's not so great: None so far
I would recommend this to a friend!
