Meh game for me

This is the first battlefield game I have ever played. After watching the preview videos for the last few months I had high expectations. I must say this game didn't do much for me. It looks great and runs fine, at least on my computer; though I was a little disappointed the 3D isn't enabled yet. As far as gameplay I found some of the campaign missions frustrating as I would get killed repeatedly and not know where the shots were coming from. I have surround audio but there is so much going on at any one time I couldn't get a feel for the positional sounds, they get lost in all the other explosions and gunshots. Further I prefer realistic gameplay similar to the operation flashpoint series and was not impressed by the hordes of enemy combatants just running up to die. Finally the multiplayer was a bit to hectic for my taste, it didn’t feel like a large cohesive battle but rather a ton of people either run and gunning, or jumping in tanks and indiscriminately blowing up terrain. If you had a large group of friends to play with on a LAN I could see this being fun, but stuck with the masses it was lacking.
What's great about it: Graphics, slightly engaging story.
What's not so great: To chaotic for my tastes, and questionable AI tactics.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Favorite Animated Movie
on November 9, 2011

I really like "How to Train Your Dragon". It is funny, has plenty of action, a light (non-interfering) love story, some character growth and development, and of course dragons. The animation is great, even better in 3D, and I personally really enjoyed the sound track. Haven't met a person that doesn't like this movie on some level. I would say a must see for anyone who enjoys animated films, and give it a try if you are not always sure about animated films (this will probably be one that you like). I can say this is my current favorite animated film.
What's great about it: Fun adventure story with dragons.
What's not so great: 3D movies are pretty expensive
I would recommend this to a friend!
