Annoyingly noisy fridge

A day before the allowed days to return expired I had to call for a service due to the noise. If u live in a tiny apartment it is impossible to talk with noise of the fridge in the background. It was a mistake not to have returned it. There was no other size that would fit in my space with the feature of bottom freezer other than this. I specifically bought this because of bottom freezer.
The fridge doesn't have a control button to turn off the freezer. I have to move it and unplug it because it is hard to have a conversation. During the day the noise comes back around every two hours. You can't enjoy your weekend. The noise is present during breakfast, lunch and dinner in my tiny kitchen where I have my dining table.
Good thing I got a repair plan. But it will make me happy if they replace this 4 mos old fridge.
At this point I don't want to recommend this to buyers who live in an apartment.
Wish I could upload the annoying sound I recorded on my phone to have the repairman hear it when he comes back.
