Worst Headset I Ever Bought

This is by far the worst headset i have ever bought. Don't let the price fool ya, there is a reason why these are on sale.

BAD INSTALLITION

the costumer service was horrible at the best-buy in Temecula. i installed an amp and a subwoofer at the best buy but they forgot to install the bass booster which also comes with the amp so i went ahead to best buy in Temecula,CA and explained the situation. the guy who i talked to had a horrible attitude, at one moment he even tried to fight me when i was just tryna explain to him what had happened. his exact quotes were,"what u got beef with me? " but at the end he ended up installing the bass-booster for me which they had forgot to install for me the first time...after the install i checked to see if he had installed it properly and come to find out he did a bad job on my panels where the wire goes and the back seat was all loose. when i complained to the manager Ortiz (his name) he couldn't do any thing for me and told m to come back after 4 days. at that point i couldn't do anything so i agreed but as i was leaving both Ortiz and the guy who installed it where laughing and talking trash...
What's great about it: NOTHING IS GREAT BOUT IT
What's not so great: EVERTHING
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
