Good unit but pricey

Not sure I understand why there is a pricing premium for a smaller refrigerator. Have had a problem with one shelf breaking and freezer door handle but have put in a warranty repair call. Would have expected a refrigerator in this price range to have a crushed ice option.
What's great about it: attractive
What's not so great: pricey for 19.9 cu ft
I would recommend this to a friend!
