CAUTION - Bag NOT Thermal as Advertised

I was very happy with the size and performance of the actual electronics. I have a lot of very fine, long hair (to mid back) and was able to dry my hair in 6 minutes with the tiny blow drier. The irons take some getting used to since they are small, but they work as well as the full sized . Probably not an issue for someone with shorter hair.
The problem is that the bag is advertised as thermal, but when I rested the curling iron (on its kickstand) on the silver lining -which would be the thermal part- the bag melted right though. I contacted Farouk (parent company) and their response was that "thermal" means you can place warm, but not hot/recently used items in the bag. Lame response, Farouk. I don't think they know what "thermal" means.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
