Great design and concept. Can add various parts to it in the future, such as ventilation fans and pull out shelves. Also can expand to a full wall unit with other Synergy products. I was missing the door hinges when it was delivered or I would have given it 5 stars. Salamander Designs priority shipped them out as soon as I contacted them. Would recommend it to anybody with a dedicated center channel that wants to tuck it out of the way.
What's great about it: Heavy duty, expandable.
What's not so great: Was missing hardware
I would recommend this to a friend!

Purchasing a 46" TV, what size stand should I buy?

48 inches in length will fit it about perfect. I prefer a little bigger than the size of the t.v. so I have space for other things to fit on it like picture frames. You also leave yourself room to get a bigger t.v. in the future. 60 inches in length would be optimal, 22 inches in height unless you want a tallboy credenza style.
