True Country Music Is Back

True country music from the mid 80's , From the legendary Johnny Cash, brought to the 21st century. The album released on 3/25/14 ( my birthday as well) I bought the cd version , but considering buying the vinyl (Vinyl rules) 13 tracks including Elvis Costello remix, that I can do without., 2 tracks with June and one with Waylon Jennings,"if it told who it was" a typical Johnny Cash novelty tune could easily been hit 45 single ( yes I said 45 rpm single) back in the day, and I believe could make the charts today, not taking anything away from the track Columbia Record is promoting this album with "She use to love me alot " I wish and hope any of the tracks get airplay.Time will tell if this new Johnny Cash Lp/Cd will be a Classic. To me, it's already is.

What's great about it: New , Unheard Johnny Cash From The Mid 80's

What's not so great: Getting the cd out of the sleeve

I would recommend this to a friend!
