BestBuy's Geek Squad installation service (dishwasher, in my case), is not exactly a seemless experience. I placed order and received email regarding product delivery (flawless), and another email asking me to contact Geek Squad scheduling for installation appt. Once I had entered my information, an automated system told me that my installation was scheduled (Friday evening, 6pm to 6pm). I suppose I should have been suspicious of the time. At 7:15pm I called Cust Svc, and was told that the next possible installation would be in four days.
We raced back home in order to be here by the time the installer arrived, only to find that there was never an installer on the way.

Rescheduled date was also a no-show
July 29, 2014
After first no-show, I called Cust Svc and was given an apology and a rescheduled date of Tue, July 29, between 8am and 8pm. This was confirmed by an email.
I called the day before (Mon) and asked about an exact time frame, and was told that I would be called in the evening with a 4-hour window. By 10pm, I had not received that call. When I called again on Tuesday, the automated system informed me that installation was scheduled for Wed, July 30. There was never any email regarding the changed date--no service call, no text message. I am now assured that installation will occur between 9am and 1pm tomorrow. Now, all the personal business that I bumped from Tues has to be rescheduled yet again.
