I needed a high-capacity, high-speed flash drive to be able to quickly move video files from my Mac to other machines and Smart TV's. This one from PNY works great for that purpose. The price is a little off-putting, but I waited for a sale and am pleased with my purchase. The only complaint so far is that the plastic sleeve that slides back and forth to either expose or cover the USB end of the device is a bit hard to move on my particular drive.

I also own the previous generation of this speaker (the SoundLink II), but was excited for this new model as battery life has almost doubled versus the prior model. The sound quality has also improved slightly, but I already considered the SoundLink range of speakers to have the best sound quality in their class. I have friends who have Bluetooth speakers from other manufacturers (i.e. Jawbone's Big Jambox, etc.) and they've all agreed that the SoundLink performs better, particularly at high volumes. Even with the speaker and audio source both at max volume, the sound is clear and bass undistorted. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a quality, well-built, portable speaker.

I was a initially a little deterred by the $35 price tag for this cover, but definitely wanted something to protect my SoundLink III so I ordered one. When it arrived, I was very impressed with the quality of the product. The top and bottom edges are made of the same rubberized material as the buttons on the speaker. This adds to a unified look and feel and even protects the cover from wear and damage as well as the speaker. My only complaint is color selection. The gray is a little too dull for my taste, but the other colors are pretty feminine in my opinion. I'd like to see a black option and maybe even red and a darker shade of blue.

I initially set out to purchase a Bose SoundDock as I had wanted one for several years and never gotten around to purchasing one. As I researched current models and reviews online, I discovered the SoundLink II and made the purchase without having seen or heard the product in person. When the unit arrived, I was blown away. My friend (a professional DJ) and I began testing the speaker out and it was literally vibrating the room. Even at maximum volume the sound is clear and bass sounds great. If I had one complaint, it would be that the battery life is less than stellar, but otherwise I am completely satisfied.

A Great Companion to Macs and iDevices

I purchased my first Apple TV several years ago and have since purchased several more for other rooms in my home as well as given them as gifts. While the built-in apps for things such as Netflix, Hulu, and YouTube are great, my favorite thing about the Apple TV is the ability to wirelessly mirror my iPhone, iPad and Mac computers onto any television it is connected to. With the Mac, you can alternatively choose to use the television like an additional monitor if you don't wish to mirror what is on your computer's display. I hate the expense and clutter of multiple adapters and cables to connect devices to the television and with this one device I can eliminate a great deal of that.

This cable works as it should and is a perfect companion to the Rocketfish Mini Display Port to HDMI Adapter. The length is great and the thin design is a plus since I'm often traveling. The price is a bit excessive given that it is a directional cable, but I managed to pick one up on sale and am pleased with my purchase.

This adapter is exactly what I needed to connect my MacBook Air to a HDTV. I'll never understand why Apple doesn't make this particular adapter, but thankful I found this one at Best Buy. I picked it up on sale which makes it even better.

Great Sounding, Comfortable Headphones

Overall, I am loving these headphones and the convenience of having a set of quality, wireless headphones. Sound quality, as you would expect from Bose, is great and they are really comfortable to wear for extended periods of time. I do wish battery life was a bit longer, but an audio cable is included and can be connected while the Bluetooth module is charging. (Sound quality is also slightly better with the cable versus the Bluetooth, but that is true of any Bluetooth device.) I also like that the headphones can be connected two devices at once. So, if I'm watching a movie on my Mac and my phone rings, the audio will pause on the Mac and I can answer the phone and communicate via the mic that is built into the Bluetooth module.

This in-ear headset features inline volume control for customized use and small, medium and large StayHear ear tips for a comfortable fit. The included carrying case allows for easy portability.

I'll preface this by saying I am a big fan of Bose and their products, but these are the best in-ear headphones I have ever owned. I use them daily, sometimes for 8-10 hours and the silicone tips are so comfortable you almost forget you're wearing them. I am on my second pair now as these tend to last me 3-4 years of daily use before either one side or the other starts cutting out. I take good care of my electronics, but headphone cords inevitably end up getting caught on and pulled by things and break down over time. Bose now offers a sport version of these with reinforced connections, a thicker coating on the cables, and enhanced sweat resistance. I think I will opt for those next time, but if you're not quite as active as I am these should be perfect. They aren't noise canceling, but do block out a fair amount of ambient noise and the mic and controls for the iPhone/iPad/iPod are a nice feature. The controls also perform the same functions when connected to a Mac.

Why is there a difference in price?
Why is there a difference in price between the silver, black and dark gray? Is there a difference between the soundlink wirless mobile speaker II and SoundLink Air Wireless Speaker for Select apple devices. It looks like the exact same product in a different color, and different price.
The more expensive models have leather covers and chrome accents versus a nylon cover and plastic trim on the cheaper models. The SoundLink II utilizes Bluetooth to connect to your devices while the SoundLink Air uses WiFi. With the SoundLink Air, you would be limited to use with Apple devices and need to have the speaker and the audio source connected to the same WiFi network.
