The Linksys MAX-STREAM AC4100 Tri-Band Router (EA9300) was very easy to install. Unpacking and setup required less than 15 minutes including a firmware update. I read and followed the easily understandable instructions. I then configured the Linksys MAX-STREAM AC4100 Tri-Band Router (EA9300) using the Linksys Smart Wi-Fi software. Ideal for multiple connected devices, this router provides ample bandwidth for simultaneous 4K and HD video streaming(my wife and I both watched different HD videos at the same time), online gaming, and other data-heavy uses. Three dedicated bands minimize lag when multiple devices are connected, delivering speeds of up to 600 Mbps (2.4 GHz) + 1667 Mbps (5 GHz) + 1667 Mbps (5 GHz). Applications are routed based on bandwidth needs. I was able to prioritize my attached devices, allocating bandwidth where needed. I have consistent connections. I installed this router in a very electronic “noisy” area with over 30 networks visible at any given point in time. The centrally located router reaches the entire location with no dead spots. Easy install, great build quality, good technical specs, great performance and great management software. The technical specs are cutting edge for this range of routers at this time.

Enjoy a smooth shaving experience with this Panasonic cordless razor. It has a pivoting head with three blades angled at 30 degrees that lift and cut facial hair comfortably and evenly, and it can be used dry or wet with shaving cream for convenience. This Panasonic cordless razor has a nonslip rubberized handle to provide a secure grip.

The Panasonic ES-rt17 is nicely styled and lightweight at less than one pound. It is comfortable to hold and shave with due to good ergonomics. It is powerful enough to handle a tough beard while a single charge provides about 21 minutes of shaving. The trimmer works great on my sideburns and the flexible head adds to comfort and speed in the process of shaving. It uses a single piece charger that I like (no cord to deal with) and the charger can also serve as a stand for the shaver. I find the wet/dry capability allows it to be used in the shower and eliminates the concern of splashing water on it making it easy to clean. It is easy to pack in its pouch and comes with a compact head protector. I really like this shaver better than another wet/dry one that I owned. I do wish it would let you know when it is fully charged and I would appreciate a time to full charge time of less than 8 hrs.. I would also prefer a longer run time than 21 minutes.
A nice comfortable shave is a wonderful thing.

The Polk - Bit Portable (wearable) Bluetooth Speaker has great mid-range sound quality when you consider its diminutive size. Clipped to my collar close to center of my shirt front the volume was adequate for street use while allowing for good safety through improved situation awareness (you hear other sounds in your environment). The Bluetooth speaker was easy to use for playing music or using for cellphone calls. It has 2 buttons (a + and a -) that are easy to identify by touch and provide good functionality. Battery life is fine for a commute or walk of about 2-3 hrs. I used the online instructions – a .pdf file to learn what I needed to know. When used with my cellphone it functioned just fine. The low price makes it a nice inexpensive personal accessory or gift. While it seem to resist moisture I would prefer waterproof construction.

The JBL - Under Armour Sport Heart Rate Wireless In-Ear Headphones are the best working out style in-ear headphones I have used. The sound quality is quite good with strong bass – nice for cadence beat during exercise. After fitting the in-ear headphones using the included earbud tips (ear pieces, 3 sizes using TwistLock™ and obtaining a good seal, I could not get them to fall out - nice) of the appropriate size for my ears the fit was comfortable and the in-ear sensor read my heart rate accurately while providing great audio. The right earbud touch sensor provides spoken on-demand heart rate updates and can be optimized for your endurance training sessions to achieve your personal goals. Custom coaching is available through the UA Record™ app, and has a dashboard for connected fitness. You can view in-workout training analysis and get customized heart rate feedback. The 12-month premium membership to MapMyRun (a very popular app for fitness) great for setting up your workout schedule and tracking progress. I used the online manual for set up – easy to understand. Battery life was more than ample for even my lengthiest workouts. They are sweat resistant which is great if you are drenched in sweat. They also have a nice carry case. Cool.

The Bose charging cradle / station is very harmonious design-wise and easy to implement for docked use with the Revolve+ Bluetooth speaker. The USB connection capability should be of value in electronically noisy environments although the embedded digital signal processing algorithms of the Bose Bluetooth Revolve+ should overcome the majority of environmental electronic signal noise issues. It is a well designed and executed dock.
If you have or get a Bose Revolve speaker you should get this charging station.

Portable Audio Bliss - also comfortable at home

Very easy setup, expansive sound, and great features at a nice price.
Sound quality is typical Bose, exceptional. It has clean, crisp highs and strong room filling bass while not sacrificing the mid-tones. The issue of volume being too low as happens with many Bluetooth speakers is non-existent – it can really pump up the volume! It is easily portable and does not need a case (that could be misplaced or lost) as it has a handle built in for transportation purposes. The design also seems to embody ruggedness despite its elegant design. Ease of use is great with easy connectivity to multiple sources including NFC capable units. The battery life is very respectable lasting me about 5 days of office use. The remote app provides good functionality and is well designed from a UX (usability) standpoint and is available for both Android and iOS platforms. The speaker is about the size of a large tapered upside-down coffee travel cup – wide at the base. I chose the black version and think it is pure class. The Bose Bluetooth Revolve+ has features that make using it a pleasure. It includes a very nice implementation of speakerphone capabilities and voice feedback and also makes answering calls on a connected cellphone easy. I also have the charging cradle / station that is very harmonious design wise and easy to implement for docked use. 6,000 square feet - no problem

This is a great “mesh” MU-MIMO network for home access to in-house (or yard) nodes and/or the internet. I currently run a network of 20+ devices in a digitally congested area with 30+ networks running in close proximity to me. The Linksys Velop Whole Home Wi-Fi System (3 node) with dynamic tri-band mesh network & an easy to use set up and manage experience is quite nice. The system is like fine wine “it only gets better over time” as it maps or learns the environment it is operating in. The 3-pack system provides up to 6000 sq ft of seamless roaming coverage over a single network. It also works well in multi-story applications.
I followed (to the letter) the easy to follow install instructions and was fully functional with 3 nodes covering all of my space with no dropouts. Unpacking, reading the install instructions (looking online at Linksys info), and setting up the network (rigorously) following the instructions took less than 30 minutes.
This is the fastest home mesh network that I have used to date. It is about 10% faster than what I was using. It also seems to be cleaner with less fluctuation in bandwidth.
The styling is great as the modules are both functional, small and elegantly designed.
Cons: It does not have USB ports for external use (USB printer or storage) nor does it support total dedicated channel control at this time.

The Sony - Xb80bs Extra Bass Sports Wireless In-ear Headphones, have great sound quality with expanded base (which I like) and clean highs. The quality of construction is very good and has no easily penetrable areas, helping to keep moisture and dust out of the charging port (USB). They are washable after workouts etc. thanks to IPX5 design. Great comfort – no irritation from the earbuds that fit snugly in your ear designed to not fall out by also using ear hooks and a cable adjuster to keep the headphones securely in place even while engaging in strenuous activity. The enhanced LDAC codec and Bluetooth connectivity provide a stream of high-quality audio content for an enhanced listening experience. The design is unobtrusive and elegant with the power supply mounted in the earpieces. The connecting insulated wire cable keeps the earbuds from getting lost when not inserted in the ears and also shares the audio signal it appears. The battery life is about 7 hours on average. A nice high tech compact protective carrying case is included. There is also excellent documentation include and available on line.
I would like noise cancellation but other than that they did not skip a beat.

The Philips Norelco - Multigroom Series 7400 Wet/dry Trimmer With 3 Guide Combs - Black/chrome (Black/Grey) is a waterproof groomer with multiple guides and trimming accessories (a total of eight). I have used the 7400 in the shower and also dry. It is without a doubt the best electric trimmer I have used. It cuts nicely and also has a turbo boost function for dense hard to cut hair. The trimmer charges quickly – about an hour. It is very comfortable to hold and looks nice as well. Being waterproof it is quite easy to clean. The storage bag is classic leather – looks nice.

The major difference between the two series appears to be the number of functions, with the Designer Series having the most settings. Blendtec also has a series of pro blenders. You can do a search for Blendtec/commercial. They both seem to be very rugged.

Best way to get clear low light shots with action
What is the best way to achieve good motion shots in low light on this camera? I am frequently trying to capture images or video in poorly lighted gyms or auditoriums. Is there a recommended preset that handles these conditions well?
Use the highest ISO you are comfortable with digital noise wise. Preferably 3200 or above. Shoot at the widest aperture preferred setting 1.8 at 28mm if possible. This will give you the fastest shutter speed possible. Last but not least pan with your subject. - good shooting!
