When it works, it's great, but...

I really like the Vivofit. However, after a month, it started spontaneously rebooting. Then I replaced it under warranty and the next one started spontaneously rebooting.

Now Garmin support won't even answer my emails. One of the most disappointing purchases I've made.

No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Does it tell time? And does it have a stop watch function?

Yes, it does tell time. No Stopwatch function.
