DO NOT USE THE CHEAP LAG BOLTS THAT ARE SUPPLIED!

Although this was $339.99 at the time I purchased it, I was told that it was the best one for my heavy (88.8 lb.) new $1,200 TV. The quality and construction are good, however the lag bolts that secure it to the wall are of the lowest grade available. The first lag bolt I screwed in broke off before I even got it in all the way! I work in constuction (owner/operator) so I have extensive experience with lag bolts and their installation. Why SANUS tried to save a few cents on them is beyond me. I highly suggest getting steel lag bolts from your local home improvement store instead. I'm just glad the first one broke off upon installation rather than after I hung the TV from it! Also the instructions are mostly pictographs to avoid having to translate to all of the languages of the many countries these are sold to, so expect a bit of difficulty there.
What's great about it: The Flexability
What's not so great: The Supplied Mounting Bolts
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Whats the best mount for in between sized tvs?

I have a 46in Samsung LCD. I see that the VMF220-B1 holds tvs from 26" to 46" and the VLF220-B1 holds tvs from 37" to 56". My tv size is at the top end of the specs for the smaller bracket and right in the middle of the specs for the larger bracket. Would my tv be more stable using the mount for a 37" to 56" tv or is the mount for 26" to 46" sufficient for a 46" tv?
It will if you replace the cheap lag bolts that are supplied with steel ones from your local home improvement store. :) S
