I had bought this item a couple of year ago and loved it. I lost the charging cord so bought another unit. The only way to view the files recorded on the tracker is to upload them to the G--paws website. However, the website no longer exists, so there is no way to view the files, which make the tracker UNUSABLE!!! See for yourself by going to G-paws.com.
