The water supply line does come with the unit and that is not listed. The line is not steel braided, but it is not rubber either. It looks plastic or maybe nylon braided. The power cord has a special Bosch attachment, and has to be direct wired to the house. If you want a special power cord that goes from the unit directly to a 3 prong AC outlet, know body has one in stock, and I had to have one overnighted from BOSCH. Also the delivery folks just dumped off the unit and refused to unwrap it or haul away the boxes as promised.

Picture is not correct

There are 2 pictures shown. The one they use in all the pages is not correct. I wanted the one with rounded corners and open controls. The one you will get is the one with square corners which are not very comfortable in your hand, and all the control buttons are covered making them a little harder to use. The material is pretty thick, and that should offer good protection. It will work just fine until a better product is made. This is the first one that I have seen for the new ipod nano 7 that was in stock. The one in the picture looks like a better product.
What's great about it: protects well
What's not so great: sharp corners, hard to use controls
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
